“My room was adequate, two queen beds, bathroom with tub shower. The hairdryer was missing from my bathroom but one call to the front desk and I had a new hairdryer in 15 minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“I travel a lot for business, every time I come in the area I stay here . Everyone are very nice to you . The hotel is nice and clean!! The breakfast is very yummy . The location perfect, you have bunch of great restaurant around the hotel . Downtown Pittsburgh is only 20 min . I recommend for sure !!!!”

“Liked the room. But really need to be able to adjust brightness on giant TV, Probably need to upgrade pillows. It was good enough for us after 2 very long days.”

“From the moment we walked in & throughout our stay the place smelled & gave off a dirty vibe. The floors in our room were dirty, the bathroom fixtures were broken, black mold in the shower, the chair was so dirty that we didn’t dare sit or put anything on it. We asked for extra towels on multiple occasions & we either didn’t get them or got them hours later. The front desk was left unattended despite there being a sign to staff that “this is the last notice” to staff to not leave the front desk...
