“Personale cordiale, ma per gli standard italiani non supera minimamente la sufficienza. Camera non pulita, pavimento bagno sporco. Colazione......lasciamo stare ..oltre al caffè non era presente niente .....”

A property can be very clean and well-maintained and everybody nice but if you don’t get a good sleep there what good is it?”

Camera semplice che avremmo bisogno di più manutenzione, materasso discreto, bagno piccolo con ventilazione forzata rumorosissima. “The lady at the front desk was extremely energetic and gave us all the info on breakfast, etc. The room was clean but the a/c was loud. The bathroom was clean but had hairs in several places, we didn’t have any face cloths, just hand and bath towels.”

“Stayed for two weeks and the package deal worked out great. The hotel has all the amenities I needed. The ONLY thing that was a bit of an inconvenience is the upscale dinner restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend.”
