“This place is little better than a youth hostel: unwelcoming, grim, dirty and unsafe. You would do better sleeping in a skip. There are no human beings involved in the entire process; all communication is through WhatsApp. Upon "registering" you are presented with a series of additional charges not mentioned on the booking site before "check-in". “If you're travelling via train & you're only staying a couple of days this is absolutely perfect. Excellent location literally beside the station & a 15 min stroll down to the beach etc. There's an excellent cafe at the bottom of the street & several bars within a couple of mins. It's pretty compact though, but if you're just using it as a base for your stuff & to kip in, it'll do the job.”

“Gorgeous flat, quiet, really comfortable, fantastic set up with everything you need in the kitchen, clean, and even a couple of croissants left for breakfast. The bed was comfy, the room was dark and a blackbird very gently woke us up at a reasonable time in the morning. At the end of the road are loads of decent eateries as well as a lovely pub with excellent bar staff. There's on street parking outside, free overnight to 9am, and then £6.50 for 4 hours. “Place was clean and a good location for Brighton pride parade, but a little far from the village. It has an unusual layout in that two people have to sleep in a separate room through a yard, if they want to go to the toilet/kitchen/lounge they have to pass through the yard and through someone’s bedroom to get to the toilet, it wasn’t a huge issue just unexpected. I’m a deep sleeper so took the room people passed through and slept ok.”

“This flat is tucked away location means the good sized bedrooms are quiet. It's comfortable, well kitted out and spotlessly clean. Helpful friendly host. Easy to walk or get bus into Lanes etc.”
