“I had to change our room at the last minute. I believe the counter person was named Jay. He was awesome!!! Without having to go through Expedia, he was able to change the room, at the very last minute. Knowing I would be paying extra, he did an excellent job and was able to keep the rate at an afforable price. Thank you. He was so very helpful and friendly.
