Best trip

The house was very nice unique clean and cozy I will be back for sure in the future to stay there my entire family was happy and they say it was the best trip ever ! Loved the lay out of the house as well if you’re looking for some where to stay this is the place !

Nice setup. Close to hiking, biking, beautiful state park with water activities. Some minor repairs needed on the house. Communication with the owner was quickly addressed. Had a very nice week.

Lots of room . Very comfy

Three generations stayed in this fabulous house. Lots of room for everyone to spread out. Great fence yard for the doggies. Close to everything you wanna do at The Rim , White mountains. Hiking, we rode quadsGreat Fourth of July parade. Caught three fish at fools hollow. Everyone had it wonderful time

Wedding weekend

We only stayed two nights. Came up to Showlow for our daughters wedding. The house worked out perfectly. Only one mile from the wedding venue and convenient to restaurants, and stores.

Fantastic location, celebration for thanksgiving wss perfect. Home comfortable. I was able to work remotely and enjoy being in the mountains. Lizette the host was responsive and quickly had the chirping fire alarm fixed within an hour. Would definitely stay here again. Our family of 9 was very comfortable. Thanks so much for letting it out.

Great Stay

The house was very nice and in the perfect location for our plans. Plenty of room for everyone with all of the bedrooms and beds that were available. Tight squeeze in the second King room but we were only there to sleep so no big deal. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Neighborhood was quiet and with the house backing up to the woods we were able to see a family of elk early in the morning. The host was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend for anyone needing a get away to the Show Low area

Good Rental for quick weekend

This property was much larger than we anticipated with lots of room for bigger groups. Located on the end of a street with plenty or room for parking. A few negatives: had a funky smell like MaryJ when we arrived (had to air out), a few of the blinds were broken and couldn’t open all the way, the back patio had a lot of soft spots (might need some more supports underneath) and there were a lot of bees in the back climbing between the wood slats to get under the patio and wasps in the front going behind the wooden shutters by the front door. Other than that we had a great stay for the price and it was close to everything!

Perfect vacation home

The location was great, the rooms were spacious (except for the little room with a kind bed). Everything about the home was cozy and welcoming. The hosts were very kind and let us check in early and check out a little bit passed 10. There were 4 adults, 5 children and 2 dogs. We were all very comfortable in the home. Only thing I wish they had was a TV in the bottom living room area so the kids could put something on while we cooked dinner or adults hung out after dark. Another thing was the neighbor. We were cooking outdoors on Thursday night around 6 or 7 and the neighbor came out and asked us to keep it down. I don’t think we were being loud at all.

Great house!

Me and my family met there over the Fourth of July for four nights. The cabin is in more like a neighborhood, but fortunately it backs up to national forest land. It’s very spacious and all of the beds are extremely comfortable with lots of space for everyone to spread out. The kitchen was pretty well stocked and we cooked a lot and used the grill. a couple of complaints the toaster was broken, no steak knives, no back patio furniture so we actually moved the dining table out there and had a great dinner with our whole family. We also moved the front patio furniture to the back porch for our stay, and then moved it back when we left. I recommend putting a table and chairs out there because that’s where you want to hang out. Also, there were cobwebs surrounding the entire house, maybe have somebody sweep all those cobwebs down it would make a much better first impression. We had a wonderful time and it’s really a great house.

Beautiful Family Getaway

The house/property was beautiful, clean, well-kept and very well-supplied. There were so many rooms and different gathering locations that our family of 10 including grandparents, adult children and young children all had many options for alone time or gathering together. Fenced backyard was great for our dog to run around. Location was perfect for in town needs and out of town wilderness experiences. We loved it and would highly recommend.

Simple and spacious

Great house, great location in a quiet neighborhood. We are frequent flyers in the area and selected this property to host a family of 6 in addition to us 3. Plenty of room for everyone to have their space and plenty of room for us to hang together.

Cool Cabin - has quirks

We had a family. celebration and while we appreciated the beds and rooms, the furniture was not good for gathering together. Additionally there is a whale photo in the dinning area, which was offensive to animal and nature lovers. As vegans and vegetarians - having to look at a whale being murdered was uncomfortable. The worst part was that the Master Bedroom was dusty, dirty, and unsanitary. I found bugs in the sheets, and other people's hair in it. I did not rest during this trip. The benefits are the back yard and the location.

Nice place in Show Low

Very pretty house and neighborhood. Lots of room to spread out. Very well-equipped kitchen. Heater was a little hard to control - if the main room was warm the bedrooms were way too hot. Not a problem in the warmer months, I'm sure.
