This well appointed 1 bedroom plus loft tiny cottage is the perfect place to serve as your vacation headquarters with it's custom shower, quartz countertops and beautiful decor. From cooking/grilling a homecooked meal or dining out at some of the famous Pinetop/Lakeside restaurants you can do it all right here. Enjoy morning coffee on the deck overlooking the seasonal creek below and relax in the evening with drinks under the outdoor gazebo.

Our Property offers a private bedroom with a Queen bed, a loft with two twin beds perfect for the kids(low ceiling) and a electric reclining sofa in the living area. The Kitchen is outfitted with everything needed to cook, eat, clean and make an evening cocktail. A gas range for the home cookers, a crock pot for the slow cookers, a propane BBQ grill for the outdoor cookers and a Keurig for the coffee drinkers. Washer and dryer onsite with the fixin's so no need to go find a laundromat.
Bathroom - Beautiful custom walk in shower, complimentary toiletries, a hair dryer, first aid kit and ironing board with an iron.
Cottage has a ac/heat pump to keep you cool and warm, ceiling fans and an electric fireplace in a quartz surround.

Smart Tv with Roku so you don't miss the news or the games.

Private deck sits above the properties below and affords a view of a seasonal creek and Lariat lane on 3 sides.
10x12 Gazebo with outdoor furniture to enjoy the quiet peaceful nights. Listen closely and you might hear a bull elk bugle in Sept/Oct.!!

Our Neighborhood:
Tucked away in White Mountain Vacation Village our cottage is the perfect place for a weekend getaway or an extended stay. Walk the village and wave hi to our friendly neighbors, play disc golf on the property in the wooded course or play horseshoes and bocci ball up at the clubhouse.
Two Well behaved dogs up to 35lbs each are welcome to enjoy our place with a $62.50 per pet fee. Pets must be on a leash outdoors and picked up after please.

Bookings are Two night minimums and three night minimums on holidays. Must be 25 years and up to book. No smoking.
Parking - Up to 2 cars on gravel driveway.
No parties, loud music or large gatherings allowed.
