“Love the hotel and its comfort and the size of the room. The staff person that checked me in was so unfriendly and I had to ask her what time breakfast was where we should park to get to our room. I asked to be on the first floor and was told no that I had to be on the third floor. We accidentally lost our key and when I went to the front desk, the lady didn’t even acknowledge me because she was too busy looking at her phone and finally she saw me and said oh”

“Looked clean if you did not look too closely. Place is showing its age. No housekeeping service.”

“The room was discusting, dirty sheets and towels, tub was filthy and I walked on the floor in my bare feet and my feet turned black. The owner charged me $30 per night extra for my dog, not mentioned anywhere on the web site and $15 for "incidentals" whatever that means.”

“Provenienti da Chicago e diretti alle Niagara Falls, buona la zona per uno stop di un paio di notti in territorio Amish. L'albergo storico ci è piaciuto, anche se la camera sulla main road era molto rumorosa - quindi assolutamente da chiedere una stanza all'interno se si ama la tranquillità. Le finestre non sono ben insonorizzate e le camere, almeno la nostra, non condizionate. In Agosto non faceva comunque caldo e se si amano gli ambienti storici alcune imperfezioni delle stanze possono far...

“Parking was conveniently outside the hotel entrance and we were greeted in the lobby. Our check-in was quickly finished and our breakfast (s) and needs for the next couple of nights recorded. Fantastic room with modern and useful amenities. The structure of the original brick building with custom designs in each room. Quiet and cozy with beverages and snacks for guests. Five star restaurant across the street with many downtown eateries within walking distance. Perfect hotel to enjoy Wooster. ”

“Wonderful place! Cozy, comfortable , and so much character! So welcoming with treats and breakfast items. Entire lower area to ourself with own entrance and parking space. We were so glad we found this place, and would definitely stay again!”

“Very dissapointed as after we checked in we found out that the pool and spa were closed for maintenance and would not be available for two weeks. The pool was one of the major reason for picking this facility. We should have been notified in advance to allow us to choose a different facility or at least a dicount at check in.”
