While cooking you can entertain in the living-room, dining room, and family-room. This place come with seperate family room with an office. That's right, you won't ever feel cramped. The house is centrally located and close to everything- train station, bus, casinos, airport, downtown , restaurants, shopping and more.
The space
Charming, super clean, comfy. Comfy beds, pillows, privacy of blinds and curtains, and TVs in each bedroom and living rooms for guest's convenience. The two separate living area makes this home great for a grandparents suite.
You will have access to the entirety of your home with the exception of the garage.
Guest access
Smart lock on front door with unique, single use code for Guest privacy and security.
Other things to note:
Valid Identification required for person booking and name and ages of all guest that will be staying at property within 24hrs of booking. We will not send property information until you have submitted verification and Reservation will not be accepted.
Free Parking
Toiletries provided are only minimal due to guest abuse. Provided you will find 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom plus 1 spare roll (3+ night stays will get 2 rolls per bathroom plus the spare) and 2 roll of paper towels.
- Please do not take towels outside of home, all towels are accounted for inventory.
Fully Stock kitchen with cooking utensils, pots and pan and seasonings.
NO SMOKING INSIDE PROPERTY. SMOKE AREA OUTSIDE - SMOKE MONITOR INSIDE HOME
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OF ANY KIND ARE PERMITTED AT THIS PROPERTY.
*You break it, you buy it. Any item in the home that is found damaged will be charged back to the guest at full retail price to replace with the same or similar item.
