“It was lovely to be there”

“The facility is new. The staff was unprepared. The room was wrong (1 bed vs 2)! So someone had to sleep on sofa bed. The staff just said 'Oh well this is all we have left tonight.' The only thing good about this place is the location to the airport. if that is all you are looking for then this place probably works but you will NOT have any other good feelings from staying in this location and we were not the only group that you could hear complaining in the lobby!”

“Strongly recommend staying at the Best Western Country Lane Inn! The welcoming atmosphere of the lobby made a great first impression - complete with a life-size ceramic Retriever, a fireplace and the smell of baked cookies! The dining area is spacious. The large picture windows ensure the lobby is well lite. The Staff are friendly, professional and very helpful. Josh made excellent recommendations for purchasing salmon to ship to the Lower-48 and dining in Juneau. The shuttle service...
