“Beautiful hotel with excellent staff. The location is perfect for those wanting to visit Universal Studios but a little out of the way from the rest of Osaka. The station right in front of the hotel was very convenient but still took some time to get to other parts of the city. A short walk to a free ferry takes you right to the aquarium. The breakfast buffet was amazing, plenty of food and variety, and I'm sure the dinner buffet is excellent as well. Definitely recommend!”

“I absolutely loved the traditional Japanese room with the private outdoor bath. While it can only fit one person it’s so relaxing to be out there amongst the bamboo hillside. The hotel staff here really go above and beyond helping you with baggage, shuttle to the train station, explaining, and giving restaurant recommendations. The dinner unfortunately was full as I booked somewhat last minute. Some of the town restaurants closed up a little early on Saturday but the recommended izakaya was...
