“this has been rated and advertised as a four-star hotel but it is not. It is hardly a two star there is nobody at the lobby. After hours There is a cleaner/ receptionist Nepali guy who hardly speaks any English caveat emptor. No tissue paper in toilet , the room is smelly and outdated , did not feel safe ”

“My stay is great. The hotel just had a renovation. Restaurants have new look. My bath room is new beds are new. Slightly under furniture but proofs no issue. My unit faces the road and a little noise but I'm used to it. Foreign traveller and the food is amazing and clean. Love to come back again.”

“Bewertung: ★☆☆☆☆ (1 von 5 Sternen) Ich kann dieses Hotel leider überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Das Zimmer war in einem katastrophalen Zustand – überall Schimmel, Dreck und sogar kleine Insekten. Die Bettwäsche wirkte alt und ungewaschen, offenbar seit Jahren nicht ausgetauscht. Insgesamt machte alles den Eindruck wie eine Mülldeponie statt eines Hotels. Sauberkeit, Hygiene und Pflege sind hier völlig fehl am Platz. Ich habe mich sehr unwohl gefühlt und wäre am liebsten sofort wieder abgereist....

“I booked it for my in-laws for 2 days here and my in-laws went there was no parking space and could not find parking at anywhere close to the property at 11:30 pm night and they were asked to park on the main road. We requested to cancel the booking as we can not park but it was not allowed as it seems parking availability is mentioned in the hotel description which is very hard to notice. We have not been paid any refund for the 2 days booking here.”
