“Grow Residence is a nice 2* property near the MRT Pink Line elevated monorail. Walk 5 minutes to Nopparot stop (hospital is at Nopparot) and ride one stop to Fashion Island a very large shopping mall. Grow Residence is clean and staff are very friendly but speak very little English. The property has dated fixtures and needs renovation; no hot water at sinks only at shower. It is next to a PPT gas station plaza with Black Canyon restaurant, S&P bake shop, Amazon Cafe, and 7-Eleven convenience...

“The staff told us they did not take online bookings and i would have to ask for a refund from expedia and they were booked full. We insisted they call and check and they found my name... the room was initially very nice and clean looking, however when we went out for dinner we came back to juvenile cockroaches everywhere(many hiding behind the bed headboard). We packed up and left, there was no staff at the desk so we left the key and our deposit. It was not worth waiting and getting back 500...

“First night was really good then a spray something in the air and I could not stop sneezing. I had to shut off the air conditioning first night with the window open and I got eaten by mosquitoes the other three nights with the door closed and I was sweating like crazy. Nice place if you’re not allergic to all those different smells. ”

“Poor check in experience, room was not ready at agreed time. After a long drive with multiple young kids, this is an issue. Once the room was ready, the staff did not offer to help us to the room and did not help us with our bags. This is not like a hotel, more like an old age home. Room itself was clean but the common areas were filthy. I would not recommend this accommodation.”
