“The outside metal stairs seem to be a bit hazardous. And it is really too bad there is no elevator to get to rooms on the upper level. Otherwise, excellent stay! Thank you.”

“It was a mixed experience. When we arrived it was clearly understaffed as one lady at the desk was managing all of us, including a youth hockey team and a fairly rude customer. However, despite that, she handled it like a champ! I was very impressed with her service. We also ended up being checked into a room that had not been cleaned (housekeeping neglect, which I gathered may be a common occurrence).
