“The hotel is new and the rooms were very clean and meticulously maintained to western standards. The staff was very friendly and provided great service. The restaurant on 1st floor served really tasty vegetarian South Indian complimentary breakfast (came with suite) and the lunch/dinner food was equally good with North Indian food available too. Overall, my family really enjoyed the stay and we would visit again.”

“The hotel may look new and clean, but that’s where the good part ends. The service here is absolutely terrible. The staff has no clue what they’re doing — every simple request needed 3–5 reminder calls, all day long. No professionalism, no interest, and zero courtesy. Food service is a joke. Minimum 2 hours for any meal, and even then they manage to deliver the wrong items. Overall, a very disappointing stay. The hotel desperately needs proper staff training.
