Resort a Sidemen

"I'm so disappointed I don't know where to start. I was given a room at 2nd floor, no lift, in an isolated area and very dated building. Door is wafer thin and lock very weak. Room is big but very old fashioned. Separated taps for basin and shower. No proper selected toiletries, just miniatures. Great wifi. No outlets for electronic devices by the bed, just one in the whole room in a non convenient place. Awful breakfast, poo selection of juices and all industrial, not from fresh, same industrial jams and honey. Poor coffee and tea, no other drinks. Tables very far from breakfast buffet. Ongoing maintenance everywhere, piles of bamboo sticks left by the restaurant you can stumble into, noises of hammers and drills by the pool, changing room facility being dismantled. Beautiful beach and pools. Amazing, helpful staff. Sunbeds old, dirty and spotted. Free bikes old, rusty, no bells or flat tyres. Common mixed toilet by the pool/restaurant smelly and with an urinal at the entrance (what if a woman enter while a man is in there?). No shuttle service offered for poi (e.g. Icon Bali). It definitely didn't worth the price paid. Been out for 20days in minimum 4* hotels and this was the most expensive and less worthy. It was like stepping in 90s. It should been offered at least at 30% less of price paid or seriously renewed, starting from very old fashioned rooms. All my compliments go to the staff: everyone is smiling, cheering, kind, attentive and helpful. But never again!"

Le ragazze che accolgono alla reception DEVI e DITHA sono dolcissime e molto professionali, sempre sorridenti e pronte ad accogliere ogni richiesta. La nostra esperienza è stata molto molto positiva. Il resort è bellissimo e molto curato, le pulizie vengono fatte due volte al giorno in modo impeccabile ed il letto è comodissimo. Anche l'atmosfera del ristorante è magica ed il servizio è eccellente. L'accoglienza di SRI e di EVA è stata favolosa: sempre sorridenti, gentili e pronte a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Consigliamo questo luogo a chiunque voglia vivere un' esperienza indimenticabile."
