“I booked this hotel because it offered 3 beds and since there was 1 couple and 2 singles, I thought that would be great.
The desk staff did not seem to know that my reservation was for a multi bed room and had to scramble to give us a room.
The hide-a-bed did not have any bedding included and I was forced to back to the desk to get some.
The mattress had hug stains all over it, and was so worn out you could feel every spring and wire in the frame.
