“The ac unit kept going on and off, throughout the night, it got hot and it was so loud then silent every 15 mins, couldn’t sleep, asked the front desk if there was a way to keep it on and not go off, she said no, gave me a small fan to use, the next morning before checking out I went to put my suitcase in my car and I had the fan in my arm to turn in when I gave my door keys back, and the front door staff came outside yelling we took their fan, we turned around and said we are coming back in to...
