A cozy vacation home all to yourselves—just 1 hour from Munich!<br>This lovingly and modernly furnished vacation home is located in the Vorauf Vacation Park, surrounded by nature in a very quiet setting.<br>Walks, hikes, and bike rides start right at your doorstep. The classic winter sports resorts of Ruhpolding, Inzell, and Berchtesgaden are all nearby, ranging from 6 to 35 km away. The Steinplatte is a 30-minute drive away. You can also reach Salzburg, the city of Mozart, in 30 minutes, and Lake Chiemsee in 15 minutes.<br><br><br>A little paradise, right in the heart of beautiful Chiemgau.<br>The neighborhood is incredibly quiet and offers a sense of peace—long forgotten, especially for city dwellers.<br>There are tennis courts, mini-golf, a playground, and other recreational options within walking distance.<br><br>The nearest large supermarket is in Siegsdorf, about 4 km away.<br><br>It’s very important to arrive by car, as there is no public transportation to the vacation village.<br>Parking spaces are plentiful and only about a two-minute walk from the house.<br>You can drive right up to the house to load and unload. Please bring your own towels and bed linens.<br>
