Un oasi di relax
Abbiamo scelto questo hotel dalle foto viste su internet, in effetti le stanze sono molto belle e spaziose. Ci sono tutti i confort e il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione è buona ed abbondante, si arriva velocemente in centro con un tuk tuk, sempre pronti davanti all'albergo. Se non si vuole andare in città c'è un supermercato difronte e vari localini raggiungibili a piedi. La piscina è grande, pulita e circondata da palme di cocco. Se dovessi tornare a Siem Reap tornerei in questo hotel.

Tra un tempio e l’altro… un po’ di riposo!
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo cinque notti, in una Landmark King Room per tre persone. L’hotel, decentrato rispetto al cuore della cittadina (raggiungibile in tuk-tuk al costo di 2$), si trova lungo l’arteria che porta all’aeroporto. Si tratta di una costruzione nuova piuttosto anonima, dotata di una bella piscina circondata dal verde dove è possibile rilassarsi al ritorno dalle visite ai siti archeologici. La camera è spaziosa, molto ben arredata e dotata di ogni comfort (unico neo la posizione rivolta verso la strada e, quindi, un po’ rumorosa). Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo (con ricca colazione a buffet inclusa, Wifi gratuito in tutta la struttura e trasferimento gratuito in aeroporto da prenotare all’arrivo), nonostante la cifra esorbitante che abbiamo dovuto pagare per il cenone e per il “party” di Capodanno... Nella media il ristorante. Personale cordiale e disponibile.

Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente
In questo albergo c'è un rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente.Camere essenziali,pulite e spaziose.Il personale e molto gentile e disponibile.La prima colazione inclusa nel prezzo é molto vasta, un grande buffetto con un'ottima qualità del cibo.Anche il ristorante sia per uno spuntino come anche per cena ha un ottima qualità ad un prezzo onesto.La piscina é molto accogliente e le sdraie molto comode per riposarsi dopo le escursioni ai templi.Per chi cerca una sistemazione bella, un po' fuori dal casino del centro un ottima scelta.

Lotus Resort piscina bellissima
Hotel situato ad un paio di km dal centro, raggiungibile comunque con il tuk tuk in pochi minuti e con una spesa irrisoria. Camera grande e pulita purtroppo poche lampadine funzionanti e che non sono mai state cambiate. Buffet della colazione buono anche se non con un'ampia scelta di piatti. La cosa più bella di questo albergo è la piscina, veramente tenuta bene, pulita e per chi ama nuotare, prima di incominciare la giornata con il giro dei templi, è disponibile già alle 6,30 del mattino. Si trovano anche così presto gli asciugamani e un inserviente e la temperatura dell'acqua ti rigenera senza essere fredda. Va molto bene anche per il relax pomeridiano.

The resort is further out from the downtown core however it’s nice away from the busy streets. The resort had really friendly staff but they seem too busy. They missed to prepare breakfast one morning although it was included in our stay and compensated that with a basket of unpeeled unripe fruits... The shower had luke warm water and no hot water. The wifi was horrible in the room as well. We were expected better for a ‘luxury’ resort.

Beautiful property with very lovely accommodations. I enjoyed the pool especially as well as breakfast and lunch. The spa treatments...wowww, quite a few options to enjoy. The front desk team, managers and housekeeping were all very helpful and attentive. Luxury at its best. Highly recommended.

Excellent services, great Asian and Continental food in all meals. Price for 4 course meal with lamb chops and filet mignon including a bottle of wine was $74 for 2 people. Another night was a feast, served poolside, with Choice of lobster, steak and four others cooked to perfection on the grill. Absolutely no complaints. Picked location not in heart of Siem Reap to have a quiet place to rest after temple tours. Tropical garden and location set back from main road eliminating all traffic noise. Would stay there again.

The hotel is good, but it used to be much better some years back. I like the swimming pool and the green area outside. Breakfast was decent. The staff very kind and helpful. The gym is very old and need an update.

Fine hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. An oasis and wonderful base for seeing Angkor Watt. Use hotel to arrange tour guides and tuk tuk transportation.

This is a lovely hotel with beautiful outdoor pool and seating areas and friendly, helpful staff. There is a generous self-service breakfast buffet plus restaurant and room service options for other meals. Vegetarian options are very limited in the restaurant menu and the hotel should increase its range. My room had a large balcony overlooking the garden area which was nice. The bed was very comfortable and they gave me extra tea and milk to satisfy my love of a brew! The hotel would suit you if you want a quiet location as it's about 10 minutes drive from town. You have to factor in transport for every trip into the city centre rather than just being able to take a stroll. There are plenty of tuk-tuks available via the hotel (more expensive) or these can be flagged down outside (cheaper). As a lone black female traveller I felt mostly welcomed there. My only complaint was when checking out I arrived at the reception desk to settle my bill and was asked to sit down and wait for it to be organised, only for the desk clerk to then start busily serving someone else, a middle aged white man. I watched and waited for several minutes, wondering why my bill had been put aside for another guest. Finally I walked over to the clerk and said I'd return later. If anyone from Lotus Blanc reads this, please ensure that you don't let small issues like this overshadow an otherwise very good hotel experience. Please ensure all customers feel equally valued at all tines. Thank you.

Love the resort and the staff are very nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet has a wide range of choices. The only thing we don’t like is during the evening time there is a strong burning smell that fills the lobby and the hallway. It’s probably from the nearby BBQ stands, not much the hotel can do but pretty unpleasant.

Excellent staff and facilities. Visal greeted me upon arrival and helped me with something every day. Excellent young man. The rest of the staff I encountered were equally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was perfect every day. The young lady making omelets was remarkable. Perfect omelets every time.
