Meraviglioso appartamento nel cuore di Siena: Piazza del Campo | Palazzo Giorgi

L'appartamento si trova al terzo piano del palazzo di proprietà Giorgi - dotato di ascensore - indicativamente sopra la curva del Casato e si compone di due stanze da letto (una matrimoniale ed una con due letti singoli che, all'occorrenza, potranno essere uniti a formare un matrimoniale king - size), una cucina abitabile, una sala da pranzo, due bagni.
L'appartamento ha tre finestre (due nella sala da pranzo ed una nella camera matrimoniale) che affacciano sulla meravigliosa Piazza, ed è dotato di ogni comfort: caminetto, riscaldamento, aria condizionata, WiFi, Tv Smart Led Philips 50 pollici, lettore cd e dock statione, frigobar, macchina del caffè Nespresso, bollitore, centrifuga, tostapane, lavastoviglie, lavatrice - asciugatrice, cassaforte, phon. L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato negli scorsi mesi ed è completamente arredato con pezzi di design.
Nell'appartamento è allestita una mostra permanente di opere di arte contemporanea allestita in collaborazione con la galleria d’arte @tail_online_galery di Paolo Bugatti. Ogni pezzo in mostra è in vendita.
Nell'appartamento si gode di una atmosfera di pace e tranquillità e, appena usciti dal portone principale, ci si trova immersi nella vita cittadina senese.

La vista dal soggiorno e da una delle due camere da letto è mozzafiato, non ci si fa l'abitudine! La casa è molto confortevole sotto ogni punto di vista ed arredata con gusto. I proprietari di casa gentilissimi, sempre disponibili... Speriamo di tornare!

Che dire? L'appartamento è molto bello e spazioso, arredato con gusto, completo di ogni comfort e corredato di tutto l'occorrente per il soggiorno. Si ha proprio l'impressione di "abitarvi", come a casa propria! La posizione è superlativa, come la vista di cui si gode dalle tre grandi finestre che affacciano su una delle più belle piazze d'Italia e del mondo! Aprire gli occhi nel corso della notte e, dal letto, vedere il Palazzo Pubblico e la Torre del Mangia illuminati "vale da solo il prezzo del biglietto". La proprietaria ci ha fornito ogni informazione richiesta ed è stata disponibilissima. Esperienza assolutamente da ripetere! P.S.: se arrivate a Siena con la vostra autovettura, chiedete consiglio a Rossella su come sistemarla e resterete ulteriormente sorpresi...

Très bel appartement, au coeur de Sienne. Service de parking pour 25 Euros par jour, très pratique. On laisse le véhicule aux portes de Sienne dans un garage et vous êtes emmenés par un chauffeur avec vos bagages dans votre propre voiture jusqu'à l'appartement, qui se trouve sur la place del Campo, avec une vue magnifique! La literie est extra, très spacieux, belles salles de bains, tout confort pour un magnifique séjour. Un accueil magnifique de la propriétaire.

My sister, my niece, and I spent two nights in this beautiful apartment over looking the Campo and it was wonderful. The view was outstanding and there was a market set up yet it was not too noisy and it was joyful to see the venders and the parades of the contradas marching through. The Apartment is decorated with local art , very comfortable and everything is in perfect working order. I wish we would have stayed longer. Rosella is the perfect hostess and very helpful and kind. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience! I hope to visit you again.

It was a real treat for us to be able to experience one of our favorite cities in the world at night. In the past we’ve been limited to daytime visits. The apartment was very comfortable but on a holiday weekend, watch out. It can be very noisy in the Campo. My only suggestion for improvement would be more lighting in the living room. We are delighted with having been able to stay.

We so enjoyed our stay in this apartment, which has stunning views of the lively Piazza del Campo and the activities there. Communication was excellent with Rossella while planning our stay, and she arranged for our rental car parking (which was quite a convenience). The internet functioned well, and the beds and furniture were comfortable. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

The VRBO was exactly as described. No issues. The access to the 3rd floor unit was enhanced by the elevator. The beautiful view from our windows of the Piazza all Campo made for the most enjoyable experience while sipping on our espresso in the morning and Chianti in the evening.

The host is very nice, but overall, the experience wasn’t great. First the positives: the apartment is spacious, located right in the Piazza, and has comfortable bed and hot showers. However, it lacked a lot of basic conveniences. There were no hooks or racks for towels in the bathroom, barely any clothesline to hang clothes to dry and insufficient clothespins, no dresser or closet in the master bedroom, empty soap bottle in the second bathroom. The smart function on the TV didn’t work, which is a small issue, but it should have been fixed within a day and after 7 it still wasn’t. My daughter ripped her foot open on a screw protruding from the threshold of her bedroom. The location is awesome but if you’re a light sleeper, beware, as there is often a lot of yelling in the piazza and in the side alley especially at night. For some, these might not be an issue, but others may want to take these into account when deciding where to stay in Siena.

We were met by Rossella personally when we got to the apartment. Communication was awesome during the entire process. The apartment is just as advertised. The property looks directly over the Campo. Photos of the property look great but to see it with your own eyes will really make you happy about your decision to book this apartment. The place is really big and very clean. Location can’t be beat because you are within 5 to 10 minute walk to great restaurants, Cafe’s, shops and of course Gelato right around the corner. If you are lucky enough to book the apartment do it. You will not be disappointed.

This apartment suited us perfectly! It’s on the Campo and offers a splendid view from both the living room and the primary bedroom. It is spacious and comfortable and very well maintained. The owner, Rosella, was helpful and eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Two important things to note: 1. there are 58 steps to the apartment, but it also has a small elevator that makes it easier for anyone not able to make the climb 2. the second bathroom has a very small shower and sink - but is still manageable! This was our second stay - and I hope for a third in the future!

We couldn't have imaged a more perfect apartment overlooking the main public space of the historic city of Siena. Spacious and airy, immaculate and art-filled , impeccably furnished. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms spacious with plenty of hot water. We prepared meals in the well appointed and stocked kitchen. What a joy to walk just down to the Piazza in the evenings for an Aperitif. The windows overlooking the Palazzo Pubblico afforded us the opportunity to see several wedding parties and watch the local parades with drumming and singing as the winning neighborhood of the Palio celebrated their victory. If we ever go back to Siena, we will stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect location overlooking Il Campo. The apartment is large and well decorated. The description is not clear that the bathrooms are not en suite to the bedrooms, but that was not a problem for us and bathrobes are provided. While the description indicates a washer and dryer, we could only find a washer and were told by the person who greeted us that there was no clothes dryer. There is however a clothes line outside the kitchen window.

Traveling to a foreign country is not something we do often and so we had some reservations about using an online booking service for this beautiful place. I am happy to report that the condo was gorgeous and the hostess was perfect. She was available(upstairs) but not at all in the way. The beds were comfy and the view.. perfecto!! There is a steep hill as you approach the property(like most of Siena) which may pose a problem for some. Inside there is a lift which is helpful as the condo is on the third floor. Bathrooms were a little challenge but that is part of the Italian experience. Siena is a wonderful city and Rosella a perfect host. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable . She even took care of booking taxis for us.If I ever make it back I would definitely book this condo again. It was the nicest place we stayed in all of Italy!

Everything was lovely and spotlessly clean. The location is perfect for exploring and the apartment perfect for just relaxing and looking out over the Piazza with a lovely glass of chianti. Love the mix of artwork in all the rooms. Grazie Mille Rossella.

This was a clean, huge apartment right on the campo. There were only two of us, but we loved the location of the apartment. We stayed four nights and could easily have stayed for another four. Rosella was charming and helpful. She helped us with many great dinner reservations, transportation and answered all of our questions regarding the apartment. Whenever we return to Siena, this will be our home base.
