Lodge a Sierra

“we absolutely loved our stay! when we arrived we were grateful for all the directions and suggestions on the car and how to get there. the hot tub was incredible! we woke up to a rainbow the following day and than enjoyed a fantastic lightening storm. we stayed in the the glass cabin 2.0 they even left us fresh eggs for the morning!”

“We wanted to book somewhere in the middle of nowhere and this was what we booked. What a stunning view of the surrounding area and the night sky was something I hope I can remember forever. The lodge was what you can expect for the price, certainly adequate enough and breakfast was more than enough and was included too. We arrived just before the season start and I think there’s an image of the jacuzzi but don’t expect it to be operational, no big deal. Have a walk around the local area, there’s...

“Excellent place to stay!!”

“Great place”

“Private, well located and scenic.”

“Very professional and good communication via Expedia messages”

“Staff molto cortese, camere pulite e accoglienti.

“Breakfast was very good and on time. Try the banana pancakes. Staff was very helpful and toured their farm and coffee plantation. The hikes on property were great and the cloud forest experience could not be better. The rooms are sparse but great for the experience. No AC but was not needed. ”

“Amazing room and amazing staff. So very helpful and informative!”

“Everything about the lodge was amazing. The location, the rooms size, the staff, the restaurant. The 4 star rating on amenities is because the rooms have no fridge. That's our only not 100% comment.”

“The room was fairly basic and could have used air conditioning, but it was quiet, clean, well located and the staff were just incredibly helpful and friendly. Such nice people. Really enjoyed meeting them and appreciated all their guidance in what to see, where to eat, etc. They made it a memorable stay. Very glad I chose to stay there.”

“Ideal for those who want serenity in a tranquil environment. The view of Arenal Volcano and the surrounding areas along with the sounds of the birds and the inhabitants makes Sangregado Lodge an ideal place for nature lovers. The staff was”
