One word... PERFECT! Everything! Communication, cleanliness, amenities, comfort, little extras everywhere, and a great central location to explore all things southern Arizona. Likely the most complete VRBO I've experienced. I'd rate it 100 if I could. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

The house was beautiful and clean. Everything was well arranged and easily accessible. Beds were VERY comfortable. The host thought of everything and anything that a guest could need and provided it. One of the nicest and most pleasant home away from home stays we have had.

We loved nearly everything about the property. It was exactly as advertised, and we felt completely comfortable there. Just one minor negative. All 3 of us are under six feet tall, so all the beds were difficult to get into and out of easily. Why is it necessary for all beds these days to be designed for people 6'5" or taller. I have specific mobility issues and resent having to struggle to get into bed.

Winter get away

This is our second year of staying at the Territorial Oasis. We feel so comfortable here it's like our second home. We bring our well behaved dog and it's so nice to have the grass back yard. It's also great to have the use of the garage. We have had company a couple times and they are impressed with the spaciousness. Thanks Denise

Very comfortable and modern house in good shape. Conveniently located to gym, grocery stores, and restaurants. Short drive to many local attractions. Denise is a very good host. One of our best rentals ever.

Amazing!

Our stay was so amazing as we had access to everything. The location is in town and it’s easy to get everywhere and so close. The house is very homey and inviting. Beds are super comfortable, that you feel like you’re sleeping in a cloud. You’re in heaven with the beds. We will be coming back!

Wonderful

My husband myself and our dog stayed here for a month. There were lots of places to walk and close driving distances to stores and recreation. We made lots of new friends playing pickleball and I could take exercise classes 3 blocks from the house. It was quiet and very comfortable. We will be back. Thanks Denise !

Amazing property

This is one of the best places we have stayed in. Wonderful size and very clean. Ample supply of paper products and access to washer and dryer in the garage. The kitchen had quality appliances and well stocked with pots and pans. We enjoyed the backyard that even had a green lawn. Dog friendly. Denise was a great hostess and very quick to respond. She was just a text message away. We would highly recommend this property!

Excellent Property in Sierra Vista AZ

The overall cost for value and experience were exceptional. The property was very clean, well appointed and stocked. There is an obvious focus on customer service through perks like a basket of free snacks, mints by the front door, very well stocked kitchen with numerous spices, olive oil, etc. The furnishings were some of the best I’ve experienced and I am a veteran of using VRBOs. Highly recommend!!
