La nostra bella e spaziosa casa di città si trova dall'altra parte della strada rispetto a Siesta Key Beach. Quanto è vicina la spiaggia? Il complesso condominio / villette a schiera si trova su Beach Rd. Devi solo attraversare Beach Rd e attraversare il parcheggio pubblico a cielo aperto, e sarai in spiaggia. Siesta Key Beach è la spiaggia numero 1 del mondo, ed è conosciuta per la sua sabbia bianca, fine, polvere di quarzo e meravigliosi tramonti. La famosa cerchia di tamburi Siesta Key si verifica ogni domenica da 1 a 2 ore prima del tramonto.
Tutti i nuovissimi pavimenti dell'unità sono stati installati nell'autunno 2017 .. La cucina è stata aggiornata con tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici nel 2018. Dipinto di fresco nel 2019. La nostra spaziosa unità al secondo piano è di circa 1400 piedi quadrati. Ha un ampio soggiorno con soffitti alti che lo fa sentire accogliente. Il soggiorno ha una porta scorrevole in vetro dal pavimento al soffitto che si apre su un ampio balcone con posti a sedere all'aperto che si affaccia sul lago verde smeraldo, sede di alcune tartarughe locali.
L'elevata sala da pranzo formale può ospitare comodamente 6 persone e ha un pavimento in piastrelle di porcellana dall'aspetto nuovo di zecca.
La camera da letto principale ha anche soffitti alti e porte scorrevoli dal pavimento al soffitto che danno sul balcone che si affaccia sul lago. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size, nuovi tappeti e un'enorme cabina armadio. Il bagno principale è stato recentemente ristrutturato con piastrelle in pietra, cabina doccia, lavandino in granito, lavabo in granito.
La seconda camera ha 2 letti singoli che possono essere combinati in un letto matrimoniale. Il secondo bagno si trova accanto alla seconda camera da letto è stato rinnovato e aggiornato con piastrelle in pietra e lavandino vanità di granito.
La cucina completamente attrezzata è dotata di pavimento in gres porcellanato dall'aspetto completamente nuovo e completamente attrezzata con quasi tutto ciò che potrebbe essere necessario. L'unità offre anche un armadio lavanderia con una lavatrice / asciugatrice impilabile.
La residenza cittadina comprende un garage privato con una macchina (con apertura della porta del garage) che si trova proprio sotto l'unità. Forniamo alcune sedie a sdraio e giocattoli da spiaggia nel garage per il vostro uso.
La nostra casa al mare offre una grande piscina riscaldata, due campi da tennis, un grande gazebo aperto con tavoli / sedie e una griglia.
Questa è un'unità per non fumatori. È consentito fumare solo sui due balconi esterni.
Il condominio ha tutti gli asciugamani, lenzuola, teli mare, giocattoli da spiaggia, più fresco, ombra 10x10, passeggino per portare tutto in spiaggia.

Vacation

The condo wasn't cleaned proir to our stay. We checked in at 4:30. Only to be told that the cleaners couldn't be there until tomorrow or even Monday. So we decide to clean it. The owner did refund some money for us cleaning the condo. We did not want to stay at a place unless it was clean, and we did not want to go to a hotel. There is a outlet plug that has the cover off it, the spare bathroom light switch is real loose. The pocket doors on master bedroom area, do not work, there is a curtain for the shower- toilet area instead. The dishwasher does not work right, does not drain correctly. When we cleaned the condo, the shower turned on and would not turn off, the valve in the diverter was bad. So we went to lowes and bought a new valve, then fixed it. Water had to be turned off while doing this, this delayed our cleaning of condo for at least 2 hours. Except for our first day, we enjoyed our stay, it is a good location to the beach. This was our 2nd stay at the condo, just wish they would fix the little things wrong at the condo. (Outlets where bad last year, and switch, and there is a step tile loose.)

Wonderful place overall

The property itself was absolutely perfect for a young family. We couldn’t fit our SUV in the garage but I didn’t care because we learned our sandy beach car in there everyday instead and it worked out great. A couple of things, 1) Make sure you have a big wheel beach car because the sand is deep and the water is FAR away. 2) Forget the public across from you unless you want an episode of Jerry Springer and people all over you. Instead go about .5 miles down to public beach access 11 and head in there. It’s a little further walk and the water is still a long way away but believe me it is worth it. Overall great place and awesome space for a young family to give everyone a little privacy.

Few problems

Didn’t get code to get in from owner until we got there. Place was clean. None of the sliding doors were opening, my husband tried to put the one back on track so we could open it. To go out on deck. It was hot in there all week. We asked if we could put the air higher and she only said by one digit.. And the item in the garage were full of sand and thrown there. And the TV in the bedroom did not work. Notified the owner of all of these. She said she will get them fixed but not fixed when we left. Otherwise The Place was nice

Excellent condo!

The location and condo were great and comfortable. Walking distance from the beach. No complaints what so ever! Owner was prompt in responding when an issue arose. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Stay!

The condo was much more spacious than we expected. We were all very comfortable! Directly across the street from the public beach is a huge plus! And, it is only a 20 minute walk from the village. We enjoyed using the bike to get around too! Lots of stuff included in the garage (beach chairs, umbrella, mats, toys, etc.). The property manager was amazing! Super quick to respond, and flexible with our check-in and check-out as it revolved around our flights. I really appreciated that and would definitely come back again!

When we arrived there was no toilet paper, paper towels, or clean towels. We went out and purchased the things we really needed so that was ok. On the third day of our vacation, these necessities were provided to us. The most serious issue is in the guest bedroom and the main balcony door in the living room. The door does not lock. The bed was so uncomfortable that my husband got 2 nights sleep. The springs are coming through the mattress. We added the topper from the master bedroom with little help. We absolutely love Siesta Key and we would definitely recommend your property. Just a few issues to be dealt with, but a beautiful home.

Snowbird rental

We stayed at this property the month of February 2023. The condo is in an excellent location with close proximity to the beach. We liked the fact that we could park our vehicle and use the trolley to go to the village. The pictures of the furnishings did not do it justice. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and cookware. The only negative comment would be that the master bathroom was a little small, and they could use a few extra beach towels, as there were only two or three there. Overall, it is a wonderful place to stay, and we would have rented it again next year if it had not already been rented when we got there.

The location is superb!

Annie is super responsive to all of our inquiries. The kitchen is well stocked. We really enjoyed our daily strolls on Siesta Beach while staying there. We’d love to return next year.

Great location - It was clean and had everything we needed. Pool and Beach access was Great. Host easy to communicate with. A few minor updates would be helpful i.e. beach towels pillows, but we would rent this location again.

Great stay and responsive host!

This place is in the perfect location, right across the street from the beach! Only about a 5-10 minute walk to get out to the beach area. I was amazed how there was literally not a single grain of sand on the floor upon our arrival. That sand literally gets everywhere but whoever the housekeeper is must have super powers!! Lots of gear for the beach was available: cooler, umbrellas, plenty of chairs, sand toys, wagon, etc. the pool was very clean. My kids loved watching the turtles swim around the pond. The host was very responsive anytime I had questions. Overall a great stay!

Clean but confusing.

Condo was clean and as described. Check in was a little confusing, but figured that out. We were also told to pick up a parking pass in the office for our extra vehicle, but had a difficult time catching someone in the office which made parking confusing as well. Overall we did enjoy our stay.

A relaxing vacation

The unit is very spacious and convenient to everything. You walk out of the complex and cross the street and he beach is steps away. The Village Shops are about a mile away. It was a good walk in the morning to check out the coffee shop and the stores. Sarasota is just minutes away and there are several really good restaurants and bars. We had a wonderful time. We will definitely come back. Thank you Annie for answering all my questions.

Warm weather getaway

Great place! The condo had everything. Enjoyed the turtles in the lake. The other residents were very friendly. The pool was heated (after the first week) and of course the beach was beautiful. I would definitely rent from Annie anytime.
