Directly on Siesta Key Beach with a short walk to the Village

Welcome to Siesta Key Oceanfront Oasis! With nothing separating your home-away-from-home from the famous Siesta Key beach, fun in the sun is right out your back door and a short sand-path walk to the powdery sand and crystal clear water. Enjoy the ocean breeze and sounds of the waves while sipping on a cup of coffee in the morning on one of your private back patios (one accessed only through the master suite), and unwind in the evening with a beautiful sunset without even leaving your condo. Being on the first floor allows you to park in your covered and reserved parking spot and walk straight into your home without having to use the stairs. Both bedrooms are spacious so you can get comfortable. The main living space is open with the dining room and family room right off of the kitchen. This condo is unique with only 6 units total which gives it a very home-y feel. For even more entertainment, take a 10 minute walk to The Village where restaurants, bars, and shops line the street with various cuisine options and authentic souvenirs. Also nearby are boat and jet ski rental, parasailing, dinner cruises, and many other activities to try out during your vacation. This is our family’s “happy place”, and we are thrilled and honored to share it with you so that you, too, can have the perfect blend of fun and relaxation during your beach vacation!

The property was extremely clean and very well appointed. Personally speaking, my bed was super comfortable! The view was lovely and a short walk to the beach. Also easily accessible to the village. The only thing I would caution is the second bedroom, which is on the street side, in spite of good effort by the property owner/manager, is noisy at night due to traffic on Beach Road. But in the master bedroom, we couldn’t hear a thing!

Great Condo!

We had the best vacation on Siesta Key! The condo was great! Everything we needed was there. The best part was that there was nothing between us and the beach! The beach part was not crowded, like other areas. We will definitely rent again!!

Great for a family vacation!

Great proximity to the village shops and food, easy beach access, ground level made coming and going a breeze. Beautiful view of the ocean! Comfortable, new, nicely finished space. Only real issue is the front bedroom is pretty noisy being street side. Screened in lanai is a peaceful spot for eating breakfast and relaxing.

Had a few problems with the cleanliness of the place that were quickly fixed by the owner. He was great. The manager made excuses. We stayed because the owner worked with us and fixed the problems quickly and did not try to make excuses. I would go back again. The beach was beautiful even though we had a tropical storm while there.

Great hosts

We were a bit worried before arriving as Siesta Key had experienced two hurricanes before our arrival and our unit had been flooded. We were the first guests after an extensive renovation and were very surprised and happy with the renovations. The owners and property manager were also very quick to respond to any requests we had. Great location and fantastic unit and hosts. We have rented it again for next year.

The prop was very nice. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms kitchen. Plenty of beach needs available.. The vegetation area had a huge mosquito issue until sarasota mosquito management sprayed

Mosquitos

The main reason we decided to stay here was to be able to stay at a somewhat private location and beach area. Problem was that the path to the beach was covered in nasty puddles and TONS of mosquitoes. My wife and I got over 100 mosquito bites. These paths to the beach need to be sprayed because what's the point in staying here if you can't get to the beach.

Perfect young family getaway

We have been coming to siesta key for 13 years and this was our first time staying at this property. Location on the beach was perfect with an infant and 2 other young kids and the grassy area out back was perfect for them to run around. 10 minute walk to the village with all the restaurants. Condo had everything we needed and now know we don’t even need to bring our own pack n play and high chair. Will be coming back to this place in the future! Only negative is that it is a apartment/condo complex (we typically rent houses when we come down) so you do have people above you and next to you- but we had sound machines and were fine.

Ocean Paradise

1 minute walk on path to the beach. Well kept and comfortable for 4 adults. Robert and Bonnie the property managers and their folks are fantastic. Only MINOR glitch was the fridge went out the first day. Under warranty so they were at the mercy of the repair co. They had a dorm fridge with freezer there the next day, and the owners gave us a $250 refund to compensate. A cooler and ice made it easy to keep drinks cool opening fridge/freezer for food. Detwiler's Farm Market and Trader Joe's are close, so good and fresh food readily available. Marie Selby Gardens, Ringling Circus Museum and Mote Marine Aquarium are must sees. Already talking about returning!!

Great place, needs some issues addressed

We had a fabulous week on the beach and loved the location. We had a few issues with the unit that management did not address while we were there. First, the code to the master bathroom door did not work. The keyless entry was not accessible to make it convenient to enter the condo when returning from the beach. The outdoor shower was non functional making it difficult to remove sand from our fun days on the beach. We dealt with it and still enjoyed our trip! Lastly with the laundry outside the unit it would have been nice to have a laundry basket inside each of the bedroom closets for easy handling of clothes being carried to and from the washer and dryer that is located outside the condo near where you park. We have been coming to Siesta Key for over 30 years, the beach was lovely, water was 84 degrees and the sunsets were breathtaking. Hopefully, the next renters will not have to experience the inconveniences we did and have a more enjoyable stay!

Beautiful and convenient!

Loved the location of this condo. Very close to village and just a few minute walk out the back door to the beach! Very well stocked inside and many beach supplies! Would definitely stay here again!!!

Close to Everything

Location was great. You could walk out the back door to a short walk to a less crowded beach. We could take a short stroll to the village in mornings for coffee, then back in evenings for dinner and shopping. Covered parking right out your door. Great unit!

Great Stay at Siesta

Just about the best location on the key - private path to a more secluded part of the beach, village just a 5-10 minute walk away, trolley stop nearly out front…doesn’t get any better. Place itself was nice and clean, kitchen well stocked with updated appliances, and the screened patio was great for breakfast. Had a very enjoyable stay overall and would definitely stay here again!

Great place

Spent a nice week and enjoyed beautiful weather with abundant sunshine. Nearby beach and plenty of things to do made for a great stay. Sat night block party in Sarasota for Halloween with very creative costumes and great music was a blast. Property was clean, comfortable and perfectly located. Property manager was very accommodating and easy to work with. Thumbs up!

Great beach vacation

The condo is roomy and spacious with all the amenities you could ever need . Beach items such as : wagons ,umbrellas ,beach towels, floats and toys, and a large cooler are provided. The village is minutes away for all your dining and entertainment needs. We will be coming back again.
