Spaziosa residenza cittadina privata ben arredata a pochi passi da Siesta Beach. Porte scorrevoli in vetro su 4 delle camere si aprono su balconi, 2 con vista sul lago con fontana e tartarughe marine. Rilassati in un ambiente tranquillo e guarda il cielo che cambia colore al tramonto. Questa unità terminale è sul retro del cerchio del lago, quindi è silenziosa e panoramica.

Gli arredi in stile isolano di lusso sono pulite e confortevoli. Con 10 'soffitti e un soppalco rialzato, ventilatori a soffitto in ogni stanza, e una master suite generosa con spogliatoio e cabina armadio .... è davvero come avere una seconda casa per la settimana.
Abbiamo fornito tutto il necessario per rendere la vostra vacanza il più gradevole possibile, tra cui 3 televisori a schermo piatto (1 con lettore DVD integrato), connessione internet privata ad alta velocità, lavatrice e asciugatrice full size con caricamento frontale, biancheria compresi teli mare, cucina completamente attrezzata con tutti i gadget e pentole, libri, giochi e altro ancora. Il condominio offre anche una culla e seggiolone pack-n-play.

Una rara scoperta da un noleggio Siesta Key Beach è un garage! Così conveniente se rimani per un mese o due. Lì troverai tutto il necessario per le sedie da spiaggia, ombrellone, giochi da spiaggia, racchette da tennis, biciclette e altro.
(* Si prega di notare-il condominio è al 2 ° piano e devi salire le scale per arrivare alla porta d'ingresso. Non è accessibile ai disabili.)

Non solo si trova dall'altra parte della strada rispetto all'unica spiaggia di Siesta Key protetta da un bagnino, ma è anche molto comoda per quasi tutto. Non c'è bisogno di guidare e combattere per il parcheggio. Prendi il carrello gratuito (che parte ogni 20-30 minuti) per raggiungere Siesta Village a meno di un miglio di distanza per una varietà di ristoranti, boutique, sport acquatici e locali notturni.

Great Holiday Week

We had a great stay at Gail's home. The location was perfect, a short walk across the street to the beach. The beach supplies/equipment, coolers etc were a bonus especially the wagon! The condo was very clean, had great amenities and looked exactly like the listing. Gail was very responsive to our questions. The highlight of our week was the fireworks on the beach which we watched right from the deck. Siesta Key was beautiful and I highly recommend Gails condo.

We loved our stay! Property was furnished beautifully and cleanliness was superior, very pleased. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. We were very close to the beach which we loved.Also, we appreciated the beach gear available to us, and it was wonderful having a garage to park in!If we get back to Siesta Keys we would definitely like to stay here again!! :)

Leisurely Vacation

Location was perfect. Condo was clean and well-stocked for both the "home" and beach days. Directly across from Siesat Key Beach. Trolley stop right out in front of complex which made traveling to and from the village easy. We loved our condo, we will be back soon!

Perfect for us!

The property was exactly like the listing. My husband, daughter, son in law and grand baby loves the layout. We all had our own space. Great layout! We flew in and were very appreciative of all the beach supplies!! It was a short walk across the street and through the oublic parking lot to the beach! Made our week very enjoyable!! Would definitely stay again!!!

Everything for the perfect beach vacation

The condo was very nice and roomy. Loved that they provided 4 beach chairs, beach towels and 2 wagons. The pool area was amazing and had a 2 very nice gas grills. We did make use of the free trolley and the Siesta Market in the village.

What more can you ask for

Awesome location, well outfitted for couples or families with small children too. Right across from Siesta Key Beach and playground. Trolley stop right at entrance to property in both directions. Not to mention garage parking with lockers stocked with everything you need for a day at the beach. If you are not happy staying here then you are probably setting unrealistic expectations.

A great stay in paradise!

My husband and two teenaged children spent a glorious week in Gail's beach home in Siesta Key! The home is just as the photos show, if not better. There is a large living space to watch movies and play games. The kitchen is equipped with everything you'd need to make meals. It was so nice to have coolers to take to the beach, as well as beach chairs, umbrellas, tennis rackets, toys, and a beach cart all available for our use. We enjoyed playing tennis in the evenings, swimming in the pool, and cooking out on the grill. The beach is in walking distance right across the street. A free trolley ran from 8:00 am - 11:00 pm to take us to town, restaurants, and the other beach options. We had an amazing week and look forward to coming again!

Exceeded our expectations!

We took our family of 2 kids (10,12) to Siesta Key and the space did not disappoint. In fact no detail was left out.We had an unforgettable experience and the condo truly made all the difference. We needed an extra bed in the second bedroom for my mother in law so this was perfect. The place was spotless, organized , perfect location, and had all the comforts of home.We would definitely come back!

easy life at the beach

The Host Gail is very attentive, easy to communicate with and has a lovely home home. The location is easy walk to the beach and access on and off Siesta Key. We enjoyed the walk to the Village and to Sarasota proper. going back again next year!

Fantastic, clean, close to the beach

2nd year in a row coming down to Siesta Key for Christmas and 2nd time staying at a property managed by Gail and H. They are attentive and thoughtful hosts and their properties are immaculate and exactly as advertised. We’re already booked to return in November!!

Great Condo!

This condo is massive and in a perfect location, just a few steps from Siesta Key Beach. They even provide beach equipment and have a garage. The pool is amazing, and the surroundings are really beautiful. The condo itself is spacious, with a great kitchen, a large dining room, big bedrooms, and new bathrooms. Thanks again for a wonderful stay; we'll definitely be back!

Great stay right across the street from the beach.

The condo was precisely as advertised. Spacious. Clean. Nicely outfitted. Not only was it well stocked with all the essentials, but the hosts provided beach wagon, umbrella, chairs, beach toys, the works. Hosts responded immediately to my queries and were exceedingly helpful. Would definitely recommend this property to folks who want to be near the beach.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Gail and H’s condo. It was clean and very well stocked, and as first time beach-goers we weren’t sure what we would need. They had everything! Our kids loved the lake and turtles in the back. It was a wonderful experience! Thank you Gail and H!

Best condo ever

This was just as described and I have to say the BEST condo in my opinion that we have ever rented no joke ! The condo is huge and no lie completely stocked many say they are stocked this one truly is. Couldn’t ask for a better location right across the street from the beach. I love that all the beach goodies are available to use and it made our days at the beach great. Then let’s talk about the bus stop right in front of here to hop on to go to the village so convenient. I also enjoyed my coffee over looking the pond with the turtles that seemed to swim over to say good morning everyday. We definitely will return to this condo again without a doubt!

No Need To Look Any Further! You Have Found Where To Stay!

From the moment we walked in, we were ecstatic at how immaculately clean this place was. I mean, we're talking you-could-eat-off-the-floor clean! Need a hairdryer, beach towels, or even board games? Check, check, and check! ! No need to pack any beach items because they have it all—umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, you name it. Just bring yourself and maybe a good book. The location is ideal as you have a trolley stop right outside the complex that will whisk you away to the charming Siesta Key Village. Siesta Key Beach Park is directly across the street! Communication with Gail was beyond exceptional. Any question we had was answered in record time, and she made sure we felt right at home. The only thing to that could be a problem for older people or someone with a physical disability is that there’s no elevator, and this is a second-floor unit. But honestly, the stairs were no big deal…just a heads up. This stay was perfect in every way. Clean, well-stocked, ideally located, and host was amazing! Can’t recommend it enough!!

Great Stay at Siesta Beach

Location is great. Across the street from the beach. Roomy for a family of 4. Had everything we needed including beach supplies. The wagon was a life saver. Pool is nice on the property. Garage is nice but the door is low. If you have a large SUV, it might not fit. Overall, we loved our time here. We will be back!
