Il Master offre un letto king size, TV da 37 "e un layout personalizzato, che è diverso da qualsiasi altra unità. Godrete i controsoffitti del granito, la grande doccia piastrellata e la spaziosità del bagno principale. La camera degli ospiti per due persone, include una TV da 32 "e, come il Master, ha un grande spazio armadio personalizzato. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My only complaint is having to rent an umbrella for the week. They provide beach chairs but you have to rent an umbrella. If you have more than 2 people, then you need to rent two umbrellas. Each umbrella is $90 for the week. I think at least one umbrella should be complementary. Other than that, House of the Sun is a great facility in a great location!!

It is very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well equipped. Looking forward to our next visit to Siesta Key and House of the Sun!We did not rent a car this time around as the places we go are either within walking distance or a short ride to SK Village on the trolley. Favorite restaurants within walking distance include Shebeen Irish Kitchen, Big Water Fish Market, Toasted Mango, clam chowder from Captain Curt’s and ice cream from the Orange Octopus! Favorite restaurant in SK Village is The Cottage!

Great Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our unit was up to date and well kept. Furnishings and appliances appeared new. It was clean and everything was in working order. The property location was perfect for us. We could walk across the street to several restaurants/bars. Beach was awesome and the beach attendants were great! Lots of room on the beach. We didn't really use the pool but it looked a little small for the size of the condo. We could see the beach from our balcony but barely. If you are looking for a beach view you really need to stay towards the back of the building. Not a big deal to us as we were generally at the beach from morning to sunset anyway. Overall we had a great time and would stay at House of The Sun again.

Perfect stay in a perfect location.

Absolutely loved our accommodations. Whoever decorated this unit did a beautiful job. From the sofa to the beds, everything was comfortable. The condo was immaculately maintained. I'm afraid if I say too many good things, it will be rented so often there won't be another opening for me to return. Conveniently located across the street from the trolley stop into the Village, with the return stop practically right outside the door. I can't say enough about the beautiful beach. Pure paradise.

Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival June 12, 2021 we found our room sparkling clean along with everything we could possibly need in the kitchen cabinets and drawers. The room was very stylish and it’s obvious the owners took great care in selecting the decor. The only negative was the sliders must have a broken seal and were cloudy so it obstructed the view of the gulf. As far as the property the pool was way too crowded and the lounge chairs to take down to the beach could use a good scrubbing or in lots of cases replacing.
