    Questa unità Gulf View ha piastrelle in tutte le aree comuni e moquette beige nelle camere da letto. Entrambi i bagni sono stati recentemente rinnovati con bellissimi ripiani in granito e anche nuovi armadietti, così come la cucina. Godetevi dinette posti a sedere per 4, un re e 2 letti singoli. Ci sono TV, nel soggiorno e in entrambe le camere da letto e un lettore DVD e CD nel soggiorno. Questa unità è estremamente accogliente e calda con decorazioni in marrone e verde morbidi. We will look to the House of the Sun for our next vacation to the true local gem that is Siesta Key.

Very clean, beautifully furnished and included everything that is needed for a peaceful vacation. The management team was very helpful and responsive. Reservation and check in process were easy and efficient. We will definitely be back to this property and this condo.

Great rooms but no tents is tough with kids

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great time as usual at HOS. We have been coming here for 20+ years and the rooms are great as always. The deck for watching sunsets is great as well. Unfortunately the new rule not allowing tents on the beach is a deal breaker for us as a family with small children. I would ask you consider allowing tents at the rear of the beach area like others allow.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House of the Sun is a great place to stay. The location is optimal along with the price point. The units are all starting to show quite a bit of age. There are also challenges around reserving umbrellas/chairs at the beach. It's first come, first serve and seems like a "free for all" that has become too reliant on customers handling "issues" amongst themselves.

House of Sun Beach Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The House of Sun Condo was exactly as advertised...great location and nice onsite amenities. Easy access to the trolley, restaurants and bars. As part of your stay you’re also allotted 2 beach chairs a day...just make sure to get down early as people start lining up at 6:30 am. There was a small mixup w the cleaning crew not knowing we were arriving that day but they did their best to get us in as soon as possible. All in all we would definitely stay again and we’ve already recommended HOS to friends and family.

Noise wasn’t too bad on construction 2 doors down.

Accommodations not up to par-condo 307GV

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have stayed in this condo multiple times in the past and been very happy. This year the condo showed lots of signs of wear and non maintenance. The stove was broken, for example. The air conditioning in the master bedroom did not cool well - even after maintenance was called. Additionally the cleaning staff was rude and even when so far as to curse in front of my 4 children. Upon making the reservation the condo had furniture we were familiar with that had a pull out bed. Upon arriving the couch had been replaced with a couch that had NO pull out bed. So in reality the condo does not sleep 6 unless 2 are on air mattresses (that the guest must bring they are not provided).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at this property. It was our 1st time. Will definitely stay here again. One suggestion is to add more Grills. We were there over July 4th week and it was pretty busy. Had to wait for a grill. There are only 2 available. Other then that, we were impressed on how well maintained the overall property was.
