    Saprai che sei in vacanza ma con tutti i comfort di casa! Goditi questa bellissima unità Gulf View che offre invitanti decorazioni costiere ovunque. Questa unità ha appena avuto una ristrutturazione importante tra cui una nuova open space con un soggiorno allargato e una cucina più spaziosa. Troverete nuovi ripiani in granito nella cucina e nei bagni, tutti i nuovi pavimenti con piastrelle neutre in tutte le aree comuni e nuovi tappeti in entrambe le camere da letto. Entrambi i bagni hanno bellissime piastrelle circondano (maestro con cabina doccia e sala da bagno con vasca / doccia con porta di vetro). Nella grande sala godetevi il nuovo tavolo da pranzo che può ospitare sei e confortevoli mobili per il soggiorno, insieme a una grande TV LCD a schermo piatto, lettore Blu-ray e lettore stereo / CD. C'è la connessione Wi-Fi gratuita in tutta l'unità. Entrambe le camere dispongono di TV a schermo piatto. C'è un letto matrimoniale nella camera da letto principale, due letti singoli nella camera degli ospiti e un divano letto nel soggiorno. Rilassati e goditi la splendida vista della spiaggia e dell'acqua dal balcone, che vanta un tavolo da patio e quattro sedie e due comode chaise longue. Pleasantly surprised!

We were so excited to see the new sofa, huge TV, and patio furniture! We LOVED #308 It felt like home. The location is superb. The pool was crystal clear, & the beach was breathtaking. We would love to book again! We wrote in the memory book as well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the condo. Everything is updated and well maintained. My only complaint is regarding the beach chairs. I feel like if the condo sleeps 4 and we have stated 4 of us are staying there- we should be allowed to have 4 chairs in a row together on the beach. Not 2 of a certain color, then 2 more that we have to carry ourselves. Also we had friends staying across the hall from us. We were told we could not move our chairs to sit in a group with them.

Was a struggle to get them to work and heard several others grunting when trying to get in as well. Other than that its a great place and will go again someday!

Our main complaint is that the area rug and sofas could benefit from a good cleaning. The kitchen had everything you need except maybe a large coffee maker. (To be fair it has a four cup coffee maker and a Keurig but a larger one would have been helpful with 4 adults occupying the condo). The main space is pretty large and has plenty of seating (it is set up differently than pictured). The view wasn't so great but it was convenient to the beach and some local restaurants.

Great Beach, not crowded at all this time of year. Condo was perfect for my wife and our friend. Easy access to the beach, usually had the pool to ourselves.

Great location t near amenities but most importantly the best beach & pristine white sand.

The condo has all that you need for a perfect getaway! The decor is beachy and has all the modern conveniences for your stay. Close proximity to restaurants and nightlife as well as access to resort transportation to the Village. Walking distance to all that you need or access to public (free) transportation. Property has something for all ages: game room, tennis courts, private beach and rooftop patio with amazing views for sunset.

Nice stay

Property was nice. Umbrella rental was annoying for the price and the fact that you could not bring your own. Support for minor repairs in unit was excellent. Check out was tough waiting on elevator and sharing with housekeeping trying to turnover all the rooms. Overall great week:)

Beds are comfy, as is the sofa bed. All furniture is comfortable and well taken care of. The kitchen has everything we needed, the pool is nice, and the beach is absolutely beautiful.
