  • Sentitevi come a casa in questa vista del Golfo secondo dall'unità principale, a pochi passi dalla piscina, dal campo da tennis, dalla zona grill e dalla bellissima sabbia bianca cristallina di Crescent Beach. La cucina completamente attrezzata e l'entrata sono state recentemente rinnovate con armadi in acero chiaro, ripiani in granito, piastrelle di ceramica e tutti gli elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. La lavatrice e l'asciugatrice si trovano nell'armadio della lavanderia del corridoio.
    La zona giorno e le camere da letto hanno un nuovo tappeto installato a dicembre 2015. Il soggiorno ha una TV a schermo piatto e videoregistratore con mobili in pelle. La dinette ha quattro posti. È inoltre possibile rilassarsi, godersi il clima caldo e la splendida vista della spiaggia sul lanai. Alla fine della giornata, puoi ammirare gli spettacolari tramonti Siesta Key dal quarto o quinto piano.
    La master suite ha un letto king size con nuova area di vestizione con armadi acero incorporato e ripiano in granito. La camera degli ospiti è di grandi dimensioni con due letti singoli. Entrambe le camere sono dotate di ampi armadi, ventilatori a soffitto e TV a schermo piatto. Sia il bagno padronale che quello per gli ospiti sono stati recentemente rinnovati con tutte le nuove piastrelle, armadi, granito, illuminazione e accessori.
    Questo è il posto giusto per una vacanza divertente, rilassante e indimenticabile!

Reviewer Comments: We had stayed at different condos at the House of the Sun for years prior to moving to Sarasota in 2012. We recently moved to South Carolina so we decided to re-start our annual week-long visit again. We've always enjoyed staying at the House of the Sun and it was a pleasure to do it once again. We were told the carpeting in the unit we stayed in this time would be replaced soon after we left and it was due but everything else was wonderful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 313 - the carpet was badly in need of a professional cleaning - many spots. Several of the bedroom outlets did not grip the inserted plugs and need to be replaced. The kitchen faucet has an annoying drip problem. The US flag at the front of the building was frayed and should be replaced. The shrubbery is trimmed too close and too often. Many shrubbs should be replaced.

A Wonderful Surprise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was our first time at the House of Sun and it was a wonderful surprise. The location is right on the beach and there are restaurants and stores across the street. The property is clean and the staff is professional and organized. The other guests are very friendly. The pool is isn't large but there were always plenty of chairs and it was heated and clean. Unit 313 has a view of the ocean and a nice balcony. The bed and furnishings are comfortable and clean. The master bedroom has an updated walk-in shower. The only comment is that the rug needs to be replaced. It did not bother us and the manager said there are plans to replace it soon. I would recommend this rental. We rebooked for next year.

Family Vacation

My family had a wonderful vacation at Siesta Key's House of the Sun. This well-maintained older property has easy parking, restaurants/bars/shops within walking distance, and a beautiful beach with chairs/umbrellas on site. The condo had the basics and was quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed the view of the gulf from the den/balcony. Would stay here again.

Nice location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in a great location. We were right in the middle of the complex close to the elevator. It took just a minute to get to the soft white sandy beach. Restaurants are within walking distant. The condo was neat and clean. The bed was was really comfy. My favorite part though was sitting on the balcony within view of the ocean. We had a few noise issues (construction on the building next door and a child running constantly above us) but there wasn't really anything the condo people could do. They did talk to the people above us and the child at least waited until 8am to run around. Even with the noises though it was a great place to stay. I would stay there again anytime.

However they are building a new condo next door and the construction noise from 7 am to 4 pm was intolerable. Loud and obnoxious. The unit itself was very nice. Some upgrades in kitchen and bath. Furniture was nice. However the carpet needs to go. Stains in theLiving room and the carpet is matted. The beach was great and loved the provided beach chairs. Upper deck was great to watch the sunset. Everything was nice and clean.
