    Questa bellissima unità è stata rinnovata. C'è piastrelle di porcellana nelle aree comuni, soggiorno, sala da pranzo, cucina e corridoio. Tutti i controsoffitti sono fatti in granito. Entrambe le docce sono piastrellate al soffitto, hanno ripiani angolari e hanno porte senza telaio con maniglioni. La doccia principale ha anche un sedile per la doccia. Entrambe le camere sono tappezzate. Il soggiorno ha un divano in pelle, divanetto e poltrona reclinabile dove c'è una vista sulla bellissima spiaggia e sul golfo. C'è anche un muro a specchio nella zona soggiorno che disegna un riflesso di questa vista spettacolare. La cucina è ben attrezzata con elettrodomestici piccoli e grandi. Il cabinet è dotato di cassetti con chiusura a soffietto e di una scaffalatura inferiore. Il tavolo da pranzo può ospitare 4 persone con un bancone da bar per un ulteriore 2. Ci sono sedie in più e una panca disponibile per ospitare posti a sedere supplementari. Il balcone ha un tavolo con 4 sedie e 2 sedie a sdraio. A causa dell'esposizione a sud, il sole splende sul ponte privato fino a tardo pomeriggio. C'è una grande terrazza con sedie a sdraio e tavoli e sedie è a pochi passi in fondo al corridoio da questa unità. Questa unità renderà il vostro soggiorno così piacevole che vorrete fare di questa vostra destinazione di vacanza annuale. The condo was very clean and updated and had everything we needed (so much so that my wife was afraid she was going to have to cook. Lol!) We were especially pleased with the fact that after being there a week, the maids came in and changed our bedding and brushed up the place. That was very much appreciated.

Forgetting your “chair pass” can make the umbrella police not happy. Summers are getting hotter and the tents make a difference , this should be reviewed , maybe enforce take down before sunset , or any other thing , but banning them and charging for the umbrellas , not cool

Needs some things tho, the kitchen could use some new skillets and such, musty smell in the hallway near the back bedroom. The condo is nice but ready for some updates, way too much furniture that's not used or needed. We only had access to the balcony for Monday, it was being repainted and the one day job took all week.We were aware the painting we going to be done that week but man they are very slow. Over all we were very happy and will stay again with you.

It was very clean and had everything we could want. it was within walking distance to a lot of nice restaurants and the grocery. We did rent a car but did not have to use it very much. Big plus is the distance to the water across the sand. A shorter walk to the water makes beach set up easier. Dining and shops across the street from condo you can easily walk to. Completely secured building even to use elevators.
