    Benvenuti in questa unità al quinto piano situata sul pavimento del solarium. Questa unità del golfo del lato ha subito un rimodellamento completo, la verniciatura e il rimodellare dell'alta società. Godetevi i nuovi mobili nel soggiorno, nella sala da pranzo e in entrambe le camere da letto, tra cui un nuovo materasso king size nel master e due materassi singoli nella camera degli ospiti. La più recente tecnologia è stata consegnata con televisori HD Smart nel soggiorno e in entrambe le camere da letto. Non preoccuparti di mantenere la calma, nel 2017 è stato installato un nuovo sistema centrale A / C. La cucina è stata recentemente ristrutturata con nuovi armadi, controsoffitti in quarzo ed elettrodomestici. I soffitti di popcorn sono un ricordo del passato, la vernice fresca e la nuova consistenza conferiscono un aspetto fresco. Se si deve fare il bucato, troverete il proprio condominio lavatrice / asciugatrice situato nell'armadio ingresso. Una ristrutturazione di entrambi i bagni ora rende questa unità completamente ristrutturata / rimodernata dalla testa ai piedi !!

This Is My Happy Place

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lots of outdoor improvements this year-new landscaping and furniture. We used the beautiful gas grills and the new outdoor hightop table with Bluetooth speakers. However, we were missing bathmsts in both bathrooms and a used tool was left hanging behind the bathroom door. And they were replacing the roof-and we stayed on the top floor! Lots of noise and strong smells! The professional thing would have been to tell us at check-in with an apology for the inconvenience. When I mentioned it at check out, we got no response. My family has been coming here for over 30 years. I love the location. You really don't need a car. Lots of good restaurants, bats and shopping within walking distance or easy to use trolley and shuttles.

Super Fresh Remodeled Condo with great location

Morning coffee, breakfast, beach, lunch, pickleball, dinner and nightlife are all easily accessible. The condo itself is newly renovated and looks better than the pictures. It is a very comfortable place to spend the week.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fabulous, newly decorated property. The facility is very nice. Conveniently located. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only concerns is the loud music from the restaurants and bar across the street. It was supposed to stop at 10:00, but did not. It would be nice to have a few extra washcloths. Be sure to pack your own beach towels too. We love Siesta Key and would stay at this property again, but closer to the beach side to not hear the music. New windows were being installed to help reduce the sound of the music and cheering from the bars.

Beautiful Condo and Location

This condo is very nicely updated and the pictures are very good representation. The bed was very comfortable and everything was in good working condition. The beach is absolutely beautiful and we had no issues with chair availability (as mentioned in some past reviews), but it appears they have a new policy that only allows 2 chairs per unit. I would agree with a past reviewer that the unit should contain some beach towels and a few basic supplies such as laundry detergent and dish soap. But overall this is a lovely, fresh and clean condo that was wonderful for us to stay in during our visit.

One of the better furnished units at HOS. That was a plus. Late night noise from the bar across the street was unwelcomed. View of the gulf is not too good. Prices are getting sky high. I found better accommodations for less money on Long Boat.

Amazing Time at SK in Unit 502

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My mom and I have been coming to SK for 20 years. In the last couple of years we have started staying in different condos from what we were used to as that building isn't being kept up to par with their competitors up and down the beach. This unit is nicely decorated, the beds were very comfortable (nothing worse than a condo with a terrible bed impacting your vacation!) and the only downside is being across the street from the bars with the loud music after 10pm and later on the weekends. If you like to go to bed early, that is the only drawback to this location and unit. Earplugs work great however! We will be renting again in the future!

Reviewer Comments: This is our 2nd time we rented this condo, the location is great, walking distance to restaurants and shops, also this property has private beach with chairs, the condo is very well equipe it, is modern and clean, comfortable, lot of light, the only thing is the Bar across the street that play music very loud until 2 am the condo has good soundproof windows in the living room, in the bedrooms you might hear some sounds, but not terrible. This is very nice condo, we will come back again.

Girlfriend Sun Therapy

The condo and amenities were extremely clean. The location is next to fun restaurants with great food and music. The ocean water is so clear and the sand is soft as powder. I am looking forward to going back with my husband.
