Sea Winds' Condominium Complex is a beautiful, family friendly location that has everything you need directly in walking distance of the home. Leave the condo and be right in the heart of the action at Siesta Key, within walking distance from several restaurants, bars, and of course....the beach!

This condo is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath unit featuring updates throughout, giving you and your guests every amenity you could hope for during your stay. It is located on the second floor of the complex, accessible by stairwell overlooking the front side of the building. This very modern floor plan provides lots of seating for you and your guests, updated kitchen equipped with oven, electric stovetop, microwave, and dishwasher. The home has a wonderful seating area that's spacious enough for everyone to relax together, as well as a dining area equipped for 4 guests at the kitchen table.

The master bedroom is fully equipped with cable TV and Roku stick for all your streaming services. There is Queen sized bed, office style desk with seating, as well as a full master bathroom.

The guest room is equipped with two twin sized beds for your guests or children to enjoy together as well, large closet space, and is next to the guest bathroom, providing a separate full bathroom as well.

We provide all the beach equipment one could need for their stay, including complimentary beach chairs for 4 people, beach umbrella, and beach cooler. The home is equipped with cable, wifi, basic kitchen appliances, coffee maker, toaster, and any other items you would need to prepare those in home meals throughout your visit. Sea Winds Community also has a community pool area, as well as community laundry room for all guests of the complex to utilize at their leisure. The pool area is heated as well, providing you that extra comfort in season when the temperature gets colder!

The Pool is under construction at this unit from May 5th - June 16 2025 and will not be usable.

Overpriced-Outdated

The location of the unit was great however the condo itself was outdated and overpriced compared to other 2BR-2bath rentals. No coffeemaker, only a Keurig. Not much in the way of kitchen items, refrigerator not working properly and after leaving 3 messages(phone-portal) finally called the mgr directly and the refrigerator was replaced mid way through our stay. Mattresses were terrible. On a high note…the weather was GREAT! 😊

Would rent again! Amazing location close to everything we needed.

Arrival was quick and easy with a texted code and friendly message. We enjoyed our stay and the close walk to the beach, shops, and our favorite restaurant (Toasted Mango). We will rent from Joseph again.

It was ok

Biggest complaint is the thermostat would go to 78 every single night regardless what we set it on before bed. We woke up sweating every night having to turn it down multiple times throughout the night.
