“Mira Bella A” is located on the left side of this stunning dual-unit property. This condo offers a private, boutique experience with high-end finishes. Step inside to find a bright living area featuring brand-new flooring and designer lighting. The kitchen is a sleek space featuring custom grey cabinetry, high-end granite countertops, and rustic floating wood shelving. It is perfect for preparing beach snacks or a morning brew. The master bedroom features a queen bed with an easy-to-access modern bathroom right around the corner with the spa-like atmosphere of the walk-in shower, accented by intricate pebble-stone tiling and a unique, deep-blue vessel sink.

The exterior of the property is designed for the active vacationer. Between the beautiful 3 hole putting green and the shared HEATED pool, there is something to do for everyone!

“Mira Bella A” can accommodate up to 5 guests with a bedding configuration as follows:
• Bedroom #1: Queen Bed (1) - Sleeps: 2
• Living Room: Queen Sofa Bed (1) - Sleeps: 2 Children; Twin Ottoman Bed (1) - Sleeps: 1 Child

SOAPS NOT PROVIDED: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash

•Coffee Maker Type: Combo (both K-cup and drip) A k-cup and creamer small starter bundle is provided.
•Toilet Paper Provided: 3 rolls per bathroom
•Paper Towel Provided: 2 rolls per kitchen
•Towel/Hand Towel/Washcloth: 1 set per stated occupant plus 1 extra set per bathroom
•Beach Towels: 2 per bedroom
•Kitchen spices/oils are not provided but are often left by previous guests

POOL HEATER RULES: Pool heat temp is set at 83º and runs each day from 7 AM until 7 PM from October 15-April 15. Outside of these dates, the Florida weather should naturally heat the pool. Pool temperatures are not guaranteed. This pool is heated by a heat pump and is only capable of heating to around 20-25 degrees warmer than the ambient temperature. (If the high for the day is 55, the pool may only be able to reach 75).

PET POLICY: This home has a $15/pet/day fee. Aggressive/Large breeds (ie. pitbulls, etc) will need to be approved by management prior to your stay. Unclaimed pets will result in a minimum fine of $500/pet. By making this reservation, you agree to this policy. DOGS ONLY. CATS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Security Camera Notice: The driveway and front of the home have cameras for security and safety measures.

A SIGNED DESTINATION PARADISE RENTAL AGREEMENT AND ID WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL RESERVATIONS.


GET TO KNOW THE AREA!

Experience the serenity of our world class beaches where you can swim, sunbathe, surf, paddle board, and fish. Take a morning walk down to the soft white sand of Siesta Key Beach or to little Shell Beach to find sand dollars and an assortment of other sea shells. Head to the South side of Siesta key to check out Turtle Beach; a more secluded beach with less people and great surf fishing on the south end.

Visit one of the centerpieces of Siesta Key, the AMI City Pier where there is great fishing and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Take a stroll down the Coquina Baywalk and Leffis Key to find a small nature walk with peaceful walking trails.

Take the provided bicycles all around the island and search for the 6 beaches that AMI has to offer (can you find them all?); Coquina Beach, Manatee Beach, Bradenton Beach, Holmes Beach, Cortez Beach and Anna Maria Beach (with Bean Point being part of that).
