Il Siesta Key Village Studio è un accogliente piano terra, un appartamento di efficienza di una camera perfettamente situato in una tranquilla strada tropicale tra le migliori spiagge, negozi e ristoranti dell'isola. Vaga per un isolato sulla tua spiaggia, opportunamente chiamata Sunset Beach da residenti e ospiti iniziati allo stesso modo. Oziate, galleggiate o guadate nell'acqua cristallina del Golfo o fate una breve nuotata fino a Sand Dollar Island. A forma di maree, l'isola è una cay di sabbia bianca che si trova in natura, l'unica del suo genere sulla Key. Una volta che hai dimenticato tutte le tue preoccupazioni, passeggia per un isolato fino al Village per una meravigliosa esperienza di shopping e ristoranti. Perfect location to the beach as well as restaurants, bars and shopping. The room was very clean and comfortable and the host very accommodating. I would highly recommend and when we come back we will look to stay here again!

Located was perfect, walking distance to shops, grocery, restaurants and bars. 5-7 minute walk to beach access #3 (beach was amazing) owner extremely responsive and communication was excellent. Studio was clean, had beach and regular towels (extra sets), beach chairs, umbrella, beach/sand wagon to take things to the beach. Bed was comfortable. Had paper towels, coffee filters, coffee to get you started, bottles of water and a bottle of Pinot Grigio!!

Location is great! Walk one block in one direction and you're at the beach. One block in other direction and you're in Siesta Key Village - best place on the island for food, drinks, and live music. This place is also just 1 block from the Breeze trolley stop where you can catch a ride to check out other beaches or go venturing into Sarasota. The room is pretty small, like a hotel room with a single queen bed, but very clean with a comfortable bed. Would recommend for 2 people max. Host reached out a couple times to check in with us, but we really didn't need them for anything.

My husband and I recently enjoyed a delightful stay at this charming rental in Siesta Key. Our experience was just what we were looking for! The property was incredibly cozy and intimate (perfect for two), providing us with a comfortable retreat after our days exploring the area and laying on the beach. The location was ideal! Just a short walk away from an array of fantastic restaurants, shops, and of course, the beach! The host was exceptional, ensuring our stay was smooth from start to finish. We felt incredibly welcomed and appreciate the thoughtful touches throughout our stay that made our getaway even more special.

This property is a simple two room studio. Queen size bed which we found very comfortable. The A/C is a wall unit and was a bit lacking but there is a box fan in the room and that made a huge difference. It is situated between what appeared to be two permanent residence. Not a problem at all, just would be nice to have known that. It is perfectly situated in the middle of Siesta Key Village. Steps from SKOB and all the village things. Maybe .20 of a mile from the beach which was nice and quiet. Beach access 4 doesn’t have much parking so those who are there likely walked. The kitchenette was decent with a stove, fridge and a microwave. Small table to sit at but that’s where we put the box fan. Over all if there are only two of you this is a great spot, we enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely Wonderful

I would give more than 5 stars if I could!! This place was perfect. Quiet, right next to EVERYTHING!! The room was very clean! The service from Dan and Zana was outstanding!! Will definitely book with them again!! Always fast to respond and accommodated every need.

Great Getaway in Siesta Key Beach / Sarasota

My wife and I went for a long weekend. The location is great. The patio area is great and they provided beach chairs and a wagon. The unit is a Studio not a 1 BR. A bit tight but a great location. 5 minute walk to Ocean blvd which has all the activities and a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach.

Fantastic Location!!

The location of this unit is absolutely perfect! The village is maybe 2 blocks, and the beach is a short walk. My husband and I did not have a car, and it was definitely not needed. The unit itself was very clean. It's just a studio but with everything you need. Daniel was a fantastic host! The only thing that was different at first, was you go through a gate, reminded me of a jungle, there are 4 units, 2 our permeant residents and 2 are rented. The ones that live there were very friendly. I would definitly rent again.

Wonderful stay at Siesta Key

The owner sent clear communications regarding the property prior to my trip. The studio was clean and ready when I arrived. I couldn't have asked for a better location. This studio was literally only a minute or 2 from restaurants. The beach was super close as well. I will definitely stay again!

Perfect location

The property's location was perfect and close to everything in Siesta Key. If you are looking for somewhere just to lay your head, this is the place. However, both me and my spouse found the bed and pillows very uncomfortable to the point that I slept with a towel under my head and not the pillow on the 2nd and 3rd night because it caused me neck pain after the first night. The patio area looks nicer in the pictures than in person. The unit was clean and convenient.

New Years Trip

Location is awesome! Quick walk to the beach and Siesta Key Village even closer. Clean rental and perfect for us as a base camp. No issues with management for booking or check out. Even had emails during our stay making sure all was well. Comfortable bed. Would stay here again
