It was very close to everything as it advertised everything was less than a mile away we were able to walk to a couple of places including the beach. Everything was very neat and clean. The people were super nice I would definitely stay there again. The kitchen Had everything you need and on top of that they give you complementary coffee and tea which is a big plus for me. Receptionist disponibile, struttura con piscina e parcheggio, nel mio caso monolocale dotato di aria condizionata e ventilatore a pale, cucina completa e ben attrezzata ,closet, bagno con finestra e articoli da bagno. Molto pulita sia la struttura che la camera. Presenza libreria free e lavanderia. Vicino alla fermata del tram e a ristorantini. Ottimo rapporto dotazioni/prezzo. Vale la pena!”

Found the check in office which is tucked in to the right you have to really look for it as there are no big signs [and it was raining] our room was not ready but we were assigned our room and given parking spot pass which was nice we could leave and have lunch and then park or if it wasn't raining we could have always stayed parked and went to beach Instead.
