Residence a Sigiriya

“Our experience in this hotel has been amazing: the breakfast was delicious and all the staff was super caring and professional. We definitely recommend it!”

“Our visit was nice and relaxing. The only negative feedback would be the lack of internet in the room and proper/enough plugs in the room.”

“A singular property, this is a resort with a sustainable difference. We loved the open design of our suite, the expansive land and water elements, and wonderful service. Our butler, Yasori (sp) was so helpful, professional and kind. We look forward to returning again to this place of coexistence with the natural world. Thank you.”

“Excellent service, location and staff”

“Our hosts were welcoming and delightful. The hospitality made our visit of Sigiriya most memorable. The rooms were clean and the food was fresh and delicious. With ease of access to the restaurants, and of course Lion's Rock, we took in the sunrise from a most impressive ancient civilization! Highly recommended.”

“Stunning spot overlooking a lake where elephants have been every morning and evening of our stay (can’t see them that well in the evening!). Extremely friendly and helpful staff and the food they prepare , whether breakfast, or if you ask lunch or dinner, is extremely tasty and plentiful. We cancelled our plans and stayed an extra night it was that good. Cannot recommend enough.”

“as amazing as siguriya itself is, and it is, the staff at king's resort were the highlight. nothing was too much trouble, true professional hospitality, it was great. we were there for our 20th wedding anniversary and they made it special. sri lanka is amazing. truely. did i mention the plunge pool? you'll prob want to get that. the big pool is brilliant but the plunge pool, for us, was really special”

“Our best experience in Sri Lanka. Everything was simply perfect: location, room, swimming pool, restaurant, service, staff and excursions organisation. ”

“Struttura centrale, camera ampia con bagno privato, in un bel giardino, personale molto cordiale, ottima colazione in stile locale e con frutta fresca. Stiamo stati molto bene”

“We accidentally found this fabulous hotel due to sudden change of our vacation plan. Hotel is located in very calm quiet area within 10 km from Sigiriya local ticketing office. We had an unexpectedly wonderful time in the hotel. The staff were very welcoming and supportive. Hotel has two well maintained pools and beautiful restaurant. Room and the whole hotel was very clean. Foods are so delicious as well. Highly recommend for couples or anyone would like to spend true relax time before or...

“A touch of paradise! The host and his family gave us the warmest welcome in the world. The room was spacious and spotless. Despite being in the forest, there wasn’t a single ant or mosquito in the room. It had the most comfortable bed and pillows. We had a lovely balcony overlooking lush greenery. Breakfast was served on the balcony every morning at our preferred time, and was undoubtedly the best breakfast I’ve had in any hotel around the world. I had informed them in advance that I was coming...

“Very friendly hospitality. Useful information of the area provided by the hotel staff. Very nice bungalow. Dinner a bit too spicy, but... it is Sri Lanka, babe! We would recommend to include in your tour”
