Just a stone's throw from Châteauneuf-sur-Loire, the village of Sigloy is in the heart of the Loiret region, on the Loire à Vélo cycling route. On the ground floor, enjoy a large, bright living area comprising a lounge and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a large dining table. A double bedroom (140x190 cm bed), a separate bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a separate toilet complete this level. A washing machine is available.

Upstairs, a large open landing, furnished as a relaxation area with a sofa bed (90x190 cm) and a foosball table, awaits you for fun times. Two bedrooms (Bedroom #2 with one double bed 140x190cm, Bedroom #3 with two single beds 90x190cm) and a separate toilet.

Outside, you will have a private, fully fenced garden. A gravel courtyard in front of the house provides parking. At the rear, a covered terrace furnished with garden furniture and a relaxation area invites you to enjoy sunny days.

Four adult bicycles are available (a child seat and a trailer for two children are also available). An open shelter is provided for your bicycles. A charcoal barbecue and a gas griddle are available on the terrace.
