“Esperienza decisamente positiva. La zona è molto tranquilla e non offre grandi scelte in termini di locali; il centro è raggiungibile in metro in pochi minuti. Personale squisito e carinissimo, sempre disponibile a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta. Che sia per lavoro o per piacere questa struttura è decisamente consigliata!!!”

“Mein Aufenthalt im Sofitel Opera Hotel war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Das Bett war himmlisch bequem und sorgte für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Auch das Zimmer war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bot eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos – eine sehr aufmerksame Mitarbeiterin sorgte für einen besonders freundlichen Empfang. “This hotel is new, and absolutely beautiful! The staff is superb! They are all absolutely the best! They helped with directions, arranged transportation and offered suggestions on what to do. The restaurants are also amazing and have great hours! I really suggest breakfast, the latte is really good. We actually already booked our next stay ”

“It's expensive but the price is worth it. You get a great product. Rooms are very clean, well kept, and nicely decorated. They are inviting, comfortable and cozy. There is a lot of attention to detail with the room and bathroom design. Breakfast buffet is really nice, one of the best I've seen in Frankfurt. Staff is well dressed and have great hygiene. There's a lot of attention to detail, they certainly earned that 4th star. Location is very good. It's only a few yards walk to a train...

"Hotel datato e maltenuto, rumoroso e con stanze molto piccole. il lavandino perdeva copiosamente, per lavarmi i denti ho allagato il bagno, la pulizia lasciava a desiderare e la colazione non valeva assolutamente i 20 euro richiesti. la TV era al lato del letto e non ai piedi e ssi vedevano solo pochi canali in tedesco. Non ci tornerò sicuramente"

"I stayed at this hotel for a 3-day vacation and overall had a very positive experience. The location is definitely a highlight: it’s about 800 meters from the central train station and less than a 10-minute walk to the city center. The room was spacious and generally clean. I also appreciated the kitchen area, which was well equipped with everything needed for cooking and cleaning. Among the facilities, I particularly enjoyed the pool and the adjoining sauna — a perfect way to unwind at the end of the day. The gym was modest but decently equipped for a basic workout. In summary, a great option that offers a good balance between location, comfort, and useful amenities — ideal for those looking for a functional stay with a few relaxing extras."
