“The website states that they have cribs available and they don’t have them. We also had 2 rooms and one of the rooms smelled like smoke and the bathroom smelled like urine. The other room was clean.”

“The reason for poor review was that Expedia had not finalized my reservation with the hotel. Hotel staff could find it by back searching Expedia reservations but Expedia had not took last step to send to Hyatt. Beware of Expedia!!”

“Upon entering, you will notice that the Alfonbras are dirty Yes, dirty and you have a stinky smell, you enter the room and the first thing you find is the smell of Humid, wet to Dirty, the Posetas were full of Pipi, the glass was dirty and just like the Tinas, the breakfast 5 out of 10, really if you go to Ospedar here, read the reviews they will really help you.”

“The thing I loved most was a huge breakfast they serve everyday!! It was amazing! Eggs sausage pancakes, homemade cinnamon rolls(hot), any kind of bread and toaster , gravy and biscuit , yogurt any flavor, cereal, three kinds of juice, fresh coffee, creamer. Parking was a little issue but wouldn’t keep me from staying there again.”

“Good location. Near almost everything. A bit lonely the area. Paid parking!!! 👎 Yes. the parking is not free and a bit separated from the hotel. TV did not work. Friendly staff.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at SpringHill Suites. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the Tennessee River. Beautiful! We definitely recommend staying here if you visit Chattanooga.”

“I told a used pad wrapper in the room on the floor, the power went out outside where we valet park and it was pitch black and scary, and our tv didn’t work. For $194 a night, it wasn’t worth it AT ALL”
