“Staff were some of the most rude and started with not wanting to give me room as hotels.com had not sent them confirmation on payment. I could show them that the hotel was confirmed on my mail but the front desk did not care. Never met any more rude staff at Indian hotel. I got the worst room even though I had paid for another. Do not recommend this hotel at all. ”

“Great service and good rooms with wifi. Included breakfast was substantial eggs, toast, coffee, fruit, cereals. The manager spoke excellent English and looked after us. We felt welcome, safe and nothing was an issue.”

“We had a lovely stay here. The staff were excellent and looked after us so well. We couldn’t believe how good the food was - just perfect and we certainly put some weight on! We had a couple of trips that the property recommended and we enjoyed them so well. We had a small problem when we were checking out in that they wanted payment in cash which wasn’t made clear on Expedia website but we got it sorted without too much hassle. ”
