Hotel di lusso a Silivri

“Il personale alla reception è il solo che merita di lavorare in questo hotel. Non è poasibile che in un 5 stelle a fianco di una fiera internazionale, il personale, tranne alla reception, non parli inglese. Ainristoranti non parlano e non capiacono, sala colazione un disastro, personale scortese e totalmente ignaro di come si parli, anche basicamente inglese, è una cosa inconcepibile e inacettabile”

“Air conditioning not working, they are stingy with tea and coffee, I asked for wine glasses and was given only martini glasses as supposedly didn’t have proper wine glasses in a 5 stars hotel. Finally, they charge “tourist” prices for massage at the spa, over 90 euros for 50 minutes massage (which are double what they charge Turkish people). This is in line with Turkey in general: a scam after another. Definitely not recommending this hotel.”
