“Our king size room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming. We enjoyed the walk to downtown. We will definitely stay here again.”

“Family owned and operated. The husband checked us in and was very friendly and chatty about the area which was helpful. The rooms are set back from the road so it is quite in the room. I liked the fire pits out front. There is also a small swimming pool. Good breakfast place a short, 5 minute walk down the road, Pennyroyal.”

“The Park House Inn is a hidden gem! Had a wonderful one night stay, Nadia the innkeeper was super friendly and really went out of her way to tell me all about the property, the amenities, even the history of the place, as well as dinner recommendations! Having an espresso machine available to use at any time was phenomenal too, the outdoor fireplace area was super nice, and it was just a really cozy place overall, the room was very clean, the shower has amazing water pressure, and the balcony...

“Everything from the location (everything walkable from Inn) to amineties (Jacuzzi, board games, pool house) to breakfast (freshly made from scratch), and snacks (including free happy hour drinks). The same staff have all worked there for years and really work well together. I felt like I was visiting family. The rooms were super comfortable.”

“Parking was easy. We didn’t need AC since nights were cool. Mosquitoes were out at dusk and dawn so bring bug spray. We just needed to stay a night so we could meet up with cousins for dinner between our trip from Chicago to Cleveland. So we did not make use of the other amenities.”

“Our refrigerator cabinet door would not close, and would hang open unless we propped something against it to keep it closed. Our pillows were stained and dirty upon check in but the manager replaced them quickly.”

“It was difficult to understand the clerk during check in. I also didn’t understand or appreciate that I had to pay a $100. Deposit at check in when I prepaid for the stay. The room was nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable. I loved how comfy the pillows were.”

“Check in staff was unprofessional and smelled of cigarettes. The ac unit was ridiculously loud and moldy. All the walls and furniture looked abused and the toilet ran all night. The bed was clean as far as i could tell, but hard as a rock. The room we got faced the street, which was busy at all hours of the night and there was no noise dampening at all, thin blinds and no curtains to block out all the noise. Apparently people also love there, and come down the halls yelling and fighting at 2 am,...

“Room was very clean and everything was perfectly functional. The outdoor gas fireplaces were enjoyable in the evening. The included breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of items and the coffee was outstanding.”

“This inn is beautifully kept and very convenient to most everything you want to do in Holland! Judy cooks an absolutely fantastic breakfast in the morning. Be sure not to miss it! Her husband, Carl even let me take some of the empanadas home since some of the guests didn’t come down for breakfast that morning. Overall highly recommend this bed-and-breakfast!”

“The hotel is well located near the shops and restaurants of Holland. The front desk greeting (Ian) was warm and unrushed. The room was large and immaculate. The air conditioner was quiet. We loved this hotel.”
