“Ci siamo trovati benissimo il posto è molto bello, in mezzo al bosco e con parcheggio che a Washington è difficile trovare. La signora ci ha messo a disposizione tutto quello che ci seviva.”

“Need lights around the back where you check in at. No tv in bedroom. Just two towels and no bath clothes. Need curtains in bedroom. We had to sleep at foot of bed because our head sunk at top of bed. Really no where to park but on street. A good walk from the street to round back where you go in. The place ain't bad but needs to get it right for people to enjoy their stay.”

“The space was clean and welcoming. The host answered all my questions timely and gave great directions on where to park and how to enter the premises. Very satisfied with our experience.”

“Great unit near American University. Very clean and spacious, large living room area with a couch and small washer/dryer within the unit, along with a kitchenette, and has a separate bedroom. Appreciated the host provided a couple of bottles of water complementary. Only things to note are the bathroom is very small, toilet comes right up to the shower area (no bathtub), and lighting could be better in the bedroom. Location is great, safe area and about half mile from Tenleytown/AU metro.”

“Scam. Avoid. Their credit card machine was broken so I couldn't stay in the room I paid for because I couldn't pay their deposit and all their hidden fees. A cleaning feed, a utilities feed. Avoid like the plague. I stood there for over an hour waiting for them to fix it, instead of them waiving the deposit and letting me get some sleep. I had to get another hotel”

“This property is an Extended Stay property. Grounds were in terrible condition. Common area were unkept and not clean. Room was outdated, dirty, exterior windows were cracked and spidered. In no way was this property what we were expecting from the listing, and not sure why it’s on VRBO, it’s a Motel 6 Extended Stay hotel with no hotel amenities. Saying it has a kitchen is very misleading, and not a dish, utensil, or pan in sight to even utilize the kitchen. The only positive it’s 15 min away...

“The amount of space is good and it has the basics. Easy street parking. There was a strong smell in the unit, suspect it was incense, and it could have been cleaner. There were dead ants in the fridge and dirty dishes in the cupboards. The renter cannot control the temperature; you have to call the landlord to switch on AC or heat. She was very responsive to our requests and is very kind. But it is quite pricey for the quality.”

“Great place, incredibly clean and cozy! Host was friendly and communicated well. Perfect price for a night out in D.C. Far enough away from the bustle to get a price break, but does not feel cheap in any way, bathroom was immaculate and clean bedroom, living room. Even had an office area. Lyft rides were reasonable into the Warf for a dinner & concert night.”
