“Nice staff”

“Disgusting and holes in sraoes”

“No breakfast offered even though it's listed. You can't get into the lobby they do everything through the night window that's just big enough to pass your hand through. The bathroom looked like it hasn't been thoroughly cleaned based off the amount of dirt in the corners and the shirt tag stuck to the wall from a previous renter. The pool was completely unusable. I know it's not spring yet but you'd think with it being right around the corner they would at least be working on it or something....

“l unica cosa positiva di questo hotel e la posizione per visitare il parco nazionale di Silver Springs. La camera puzzava di muffa , la moquette era bagnata , sporcizia ovunque e non passano nemmeno a rifare le camere. Siccome la zona è piena di hotel evitate assolutamente questo!!!!!!”

“First of all I booked a king bed and got double bed that was a big disappointment couldn’t sleep last night there was a lot of noise the other guests was making on top of that dogs were barking!it was just a big disaster.”

“It's like an animal shelter, the rooms are nasty and smell real bad they charge ppl what they want to charge them. I recommend no one not to go to this hotel honestly ”

“I reserved a king bed non smoking, checked into a two queen bed room. Tv did work, staff had to come fix the tv. Other than that the room was good. ”

“The cleanliness, staff, and convenience were all great, but it was too noisy. If you’re looking for a quiet place, I’d recommend choosing somewhere else. It was so loud all night that I couldn’t sleep.”

“shops near by, felt safe, tub/shower could not have been cleaned from last person as there was a good bit of hair and old soaps on soap shelf and bottom of tub. no coffee maker and no hair dryer”

“Not very pet welcome. We were stuck on the fourth floor. Hard to get out. Room was clean but floors were very dirty. We used two swifter pads and the were black. Breakfast staff very friendly and attentive. ”

“Don't expect to get breakfast. Every morning I went for breakfast, the office doors were locked. I was told breakfast from 6 am to 9 am. I could see there was cereal in the dispensers, a toaster, no coffee was made, and nothing else out food wise on the counter. I was there at 6:30 am, twice at 7:30 am and 8:15 am. The bed was clean and comfortable, floor was clean. Bathroom has peeling paint and bathtub has something green in the bottom of it by the drain.”

“Staff was awful room was dirty with roaches and there were people hanging out all in the parking lot”

“I can't comment on pet-friendliness as it isn't an issue, except for my allergies, which gave me no trouble.”
