“The staff was not understanding at all when we went to go check in and found a drug flap at our door. The screen have out and bugs and hair in the bed granted they were just a couple ants, but the hair under the pillow was not appreciated. We left the room after an hour and decided not to stay there and had to book somewhere else. The manager Melissa would not give us a refund whatsoever or try and compensate or anything we had to reach out to third-party Expedia to try and get help and they...

“Nice and clean. Friendly”

“The room clean and had been upgraded. Bed was very comfortable. The only bad thing was some of the guest staying there looked to be long time guests and were not very courteous to people trying to sleep. Lots of loud visiting outside my door late at night. It's a shame as it would have been a perfect stay.”

“Great property and great for using the Vernon water slides during the day! The property is great. It could use some TLC but the staff were attentive and the rooms are clean The concept is great and I would go back We used the watersides all day then did a BBQ back at the poolside at the hotel”

“Room faced out on to a stairs. AC sounded like a train and made keeping it on unbearable Bathroom very dated - tiny toilet not made for adults. Can’t recommend this facility”
