Nestled in the trees, steps from the village and skiway – this cabin is truly A Frame of Mind.

A Frame of Mind is a two bedroom, one bathroom original cabin in the very desired Cabin Colony area of Silver Star Mountain. Nestled in the trees, this truly feels like the perfect ski cabin for your family.

Walk in the front door to the open, main living area of the cabin. The living room has a cozy sectional to curl up on and fireplace to warm up in front of on those colder days. The kitchen has everything you need (and more) to cook breakfast before you hit the slopes or a dinner at the end of the day. Just off the kitchen, you have a boot room where you can store all your gear and just outside your back door is a very private hot tub for you to use during your stay – the best way to end a day full of adventures on the mountain.

From the main floor, head upstairs where you will find the two bedrooms. One has a king size bed and the other has two double beds and two suspended single beds – this is the perfect spot for the kids. Just a quick note, there are no doors on the bedrooms but this makes the upstairs area much more open.

A Frame of Mind is perfect for a family looking to spend some time together on the mountain or a small group of friends – you’ll feel right at home.

Bonus: The hot tub is open for the winter season and closed for both the shoulder and summer seasons.

Parking: There are three outdoor parking spots for your stay.

Ski Access: Quick access to the Village or the Alpine Meadows Chair with an easy return route back home.

A Frame of Mind does not have laundry facilities. Housekeeping is not included during your stay but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay it can be arranged at an additional cost.

Special feature: Our unit has a keyless entry (you will be provided the access code prior to arrival). This makes it convenient for you to arrive at any time after check-in time - so if you want to check in late or come a day early arriving late at night - you could just make first tracks in the morning.
