Hotel vicino a SilverCity Mission Cinemas - Mission

“Arrived a little before 3pm and were turned away as check-in was 3pm. Evening staff were rude. There was a hockey tournament and alot of players/families staying at the hotel - they were so loud, running up and down hallways, banging on everyone's doors. Parents/coaches getting drunk and loud in the common area. None of the vending machines were working. Pool - we were unable to enjoy it as it was over run by rude, obnoxius teens. Towels in the pool and hot tub. A parent or coach present but...

“This place is dated and the general room maintenance is low.”

“Great little hotel. Themed rooms. Continental breakfast offered. Only issue was ran out of hot water in the shower due to overuse and had to wait for the tank to heat up again. Otherwise would have given 5*.”

“Great place to stay, clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. Only negative was they had a sports team there and they were running up and down the halls all night nd banging on the floor above us. Could not sports teams be put to one end of the hotel on the bottom floor away from other guests? This has happened at other Best Westerns we've stayed in too.”

“Decent rooms, the heating system clicking on/off in the night is disturbing though and when on it is on the louder side. Staff were lovely and kind. The attached restaurant is delicious. The pool is heated and the hot tub hot, appreciated those things in addition to the early hours of use. ”
