“beautiful home! We enjoyed our stay! We enjoyed the hot tub and worked hard at being respectful of the rules. We also really felt blessed to have access to a 2 car garage in the middle of all the snow! Thank you also for plowing the driveway for us before we arrived! Also thank you for calling us early so we could check in when we arrived at 2:30pm. We had a wonderful time!”

“We could see chair lifts from kitchen window. The condo was clean and felt like we were visiting grandma’s house. I liked the cards with different instructions on the wall. Kitchen had all necessary items and then some. Perfect location.”

“We love Grand County and have been coming for years. As our family has grown the needs that we try to check off when finding a place to stay become harder and harder but we checked all the boxes here! Everyone from grandma and grandpa to parents and kids had a great time here. Would stay again for sure.”

“Our stay at Base Camp One was pleasant. The condo was very nice and clean. It was also tastefully decorated. We were not so pleased that we had to travel an extra half hour in order to obtain the keys for the condo. This was quite inconvenient. Also, the condos could use some form of ventilation/ air movement. While the outside temperature was comfortable, inside it was stuffy.”

“Personale gentile e accogliente ma tutto il resto non va. Tutta la struttura sembra lasciata andare da anni .... ascensore in condizioni tremende infissi sverniciati ( una delle nostre finestre non si chiudeva bene) e moquette macchiata . Non so se ci è capitata una camera sfortunata o se tutte Sono così ”
