Tutta la struttura sembra lasciata andare da anni .... ascensore in condizioni tremende infissi sverniciati ( una delle nostre finestre non si chiudeva bene) e moquette macchiata . “la struttura esternamente si presenta bene, tutta in legno. la camera presenta qualche elemento retrò, ma nel complesso è ampia e pulita, peccato per la rumorosità dei condizionatori. la struttura è alle porte di Grand Lake e per raggiungere locali e negozi è preferibile usare la macchina.”

“Beautiful resort!! Only negative is our room does not have air conditioning so it stayed pretty warm. They provided us an extra fan upon request. We loved our stay!”

“What a great place to stay!! Beautiful area and the rooms are condos, so it was like being in a home away from home. The people are super nice as well. And it’s right at Winter Park base so the area is gorgeous! One important thing to keep in mind is that due to the average highs in the lower 70s and low humidity, the units don’t have AC, so if it’s going to be unseasonably warm, that could be an issue for some. ”

“A renovated hotel that was pleasant for an overnight stay with a wonderful view of Grand Lake. Bed and the couches in the front room of the Executive suite were very comfortable. For being off of the main highway into Grand Lake it was still quiet. ”

Also Nena who is the Caretaker/House keeper was extremely helpful and very Friendly. We did not get a Chance to say Thank you due to us leaving so Early and will also be mailing a Thank you card with Appreciation tip for all her help. “It had a home type of environment rather than a hotel-ish vibe. I respect a place that takes quiet hours seriously! The location was great as we could walk to shopping and restaurants. The staff was kind, helpful and attentive to our needs. We plan to return!!”

I rarely treat myself to nicer hotels, since I'm usually so busy I barely spend anytime in my room, but this place was such a surprise treat after a couple days of camping in the area. It was chic, quiet, and very clean. I used the hot tub on the porch with a great view of the town. Maybe I should treat myself more. I would absolutely stay here again.”
