“Personale gentile e accogliente ma tutto il resto non va. Tutta la struttura sembra lasciata andare da anni .... ascensore in condizioni tremende infissi sverniciati ( una delle nostre finestre non si chiudeva bene) e moquette macchiata . Non so se ci è capitata una camera sfortunata o se tutte

“Rooms were clean and beds were super comfortable. If traveling with kids I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. They do not offer early check in or late check out which is unfortunate. Breakfast was great the staff in there were friendly. Front desk staff were not overly friendly. ”

“My family went for a quick visit to winter park for spring break and we couldn't have been more happy with this place and the location! Check-in was super easy and smooth! The place was super clean and cozy! Had everything we needed to make our meals. Had a couple questions for the host and they were very quick to respond and were very accommodating. Location was very close to nearby attractions. Would definitely recommend this place if wanting to visit the area. We will be back!”
